The dispatcher is rude. He told him that he would send a taxi to pick me up in an hour and I said great because I was still busy at the laundromat. So, 5 minutes later, I look out the window and what do I happen to see sitting there waiting for me? The taxi! I called him up and I asked him why the taxi was there when we both agreed to send it in an hour. He had the nerve to tell me that taxis dont work like that. Then, the other day, he (the same guy) told me that there was an hour and 10 minute wait for a taxi because he didnt have enough drivers. Well, the hour and 10 minutes passed and guess what? No taxi! I called him up and he said Oh, it could take another 15 to 30 minutes before the cab gets there and thats not a guarantee. This place is horrible! Go to Executive Taxi! Quicker service, friendly dispatcher, and same price as CT Taxi for less the hassle.

If I could give the 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Dispatcher wanted me to cross 4 lane highway with a 6 month old in the rain to make it easier for his driver! He stated that he wasn’t going to have his come to pick me up on the side I was on (which was given to the dispatcher to start off with) for my and I quote “little bit of money”.

The owner is rude and every driver Ive met has had awful hospitality skills, except one. Call executive 2000 taxi, they are all around better.

Wrong company
