Way to expensive! Our business in West Chester felt overcharged as we were billed for 6 hours when they were only here 4 hours. I would recommend getting a price quote ahead of time in writing! When I called to get clarification on invoice, I was given cold shoulder and I said unfortunately we can no longer use your services; their reply was sounds good. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Inspected my property as part of a potential buyer and had lots of opinions on the septic. 2nd inspection of septic by an actual septic company came back with zero concerns that were noted by this inspector and the company they were dealing with. My thoughts... get a second opinion.

Poor professional image, questionable report from an inspection, unethical pressuring of homebuyer to have sellers pay for a new system when the system passed the inspection. I would never deal with this company for any septic needs.

Their service is great and they seek to do the best work without charging you the most. I felt very welcome at their shop where I went to get a aerobic pump motor fixed and he explained the detailed workings of the motor.I had them run a water softener discharge line out a different direction from my house and they did a great job on that as well but left a mess in the basement. A lot of companies do this so I would recommend always telling them you would like it clean at the area of repair when finished. Same for replacing the sump pump. Lots of dirt around casing. I also found some cut tubing in my yard by the fence after the repair. Good work and great service but a little sloppy on cleanup.

Great customer service. Not sure if they are family owned, but you sure get the feeling they are. The employee took extra time to explain to me all the steps involved in the procedure (since I had been cheated before, previous company only emptied half of the septic system) and how to maintain it to avoid those costly leech line repairs.

I had a major problem with a outside underground sewer ejector pump that went bad on a house we just bought last fall, they came and replaced the pump and hooked everything back up.. no problems sincee

On April 10, 2017 T.J and Eddie came out to locate my septic tank. These two gentlemen were on my property for less than ten minutes- put exactly three holes in the ground on the back side of my home (to probe for my tank) and said they could not locate it. They said that the tank where ever it was- was deeper than 6 foot and would have to be dug up- and good luck with that. End result was they couldnt locate my tank, but for $425.00 they could snake the drain and find the tank. Then it would be an additional $395.00 to dig down to the tank, and then an additional $365.00 to clean the tank. I told them that I could not make any decisions without first consulting with my husband, who was at work. T.J then handed me an invoice for $95.00- he said this is the fee for a service called (which was NEVER disclosed on our initial call when I was asking about pricing). So I had to pay 4-ACES $95.00 (NO Military discount would be offered) for less than ten minutes on my property, three holes in the ground and NO closer to locating my septic tank than before they had come out. We called SubTech on May 28th to have them come out and assess the likely hood of finding our septic tank (They charged us nothing to come out for this). They recommended DrainTech to locate the tank and then they (SubTech) would come out and clean it; if need be. Today, June 13, 2017 we made our initial call to DrainTech and they were able to come out today, June, 13th 2017. They were able to locate our tank in less than five minutes, by snaking the drain. Our septic tank is NO WHERE near where 4-ACES said it was and its actually only 3 feet from the top of the earth. DrainTech charged us $140.00 to snake our drain and find our septic tank- No service charge and BECAUSE they respect and appreciate our Men and Women serving their country- they gave a Military discount. I have NEVER been more dissatisfied with a company, such as 4-ACES and I would urge anyone looking to hire a company to help them locate a septic tank to stay as far a way from this company as possible and call SubTech and DrainTech. They were friendly, helpful, quick and produced RESULTS.
