Great selection of supplies and they price match. However, they need serious help tending to their fish and small animals. Half of the fish are dead for days and left in the tanks. Please train your employees properly. I would assume removing corpses from a fishtank would be the bare minimum of their job duties. Its very sad to see the fish swimming around their dead friends.

I love the groomer here excellent service

This is a review of the puppy training class. It was very easy to book the class. I had left a message and the trainer promptly called me back to book. On the afternoon of the class, on our way, I decided to call to double check the start time and was informed that the class had been pushed out one week. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Classes were punctual and the teacher was polite. My biggest disappointment was that some major behavior issues were not addressed. Leash walking in particular. Several dogs were pullers, including mine. During the week I called to talk to the trainer. I left a message and never had a call back. Additionally I couldn’t make the last class because of a commitment and again called the trainer to try to reschedule and again no call back. I feel that petsmart is a good pet store but the training classes need revamping. The instructor has his own agenda and wouldn’t deviate to address issues. I would not return to the classes nor would I recommend it for classes.

This store used to be a better place. The store has great food variety, but lacks greatly on service. Long lines. One cashier, even when store is busy.no bags for merchandise. You cannot even buy one. They sell 4.00 bags that look unappealing . The store needs to really take a look at why they treat animals well and people bad

I absolutely love this place. We came here to get basic gold fish and ended up getting the coolest dragon for the Fish tank and more fish and more food for the more fish. Great selection of everything for all pets.

So this is for petsmart per say. Its for benfield a pet hospital I went there to get my cats Nails cut and when I get there They ask me if I have been here before I say no when Im making the appointment and then on top of that When I finally arrive they say we have to go through a checkup but mind you I have all her paperwork saying that she had been vaccinated. I say again this is only just a cut freaking nails this is not something thats beyond comprehension that we are trying to do here.

Big selection. Prices are kind of high. Line at the register can be long fairly often. Over all, they probably have what you are looking for, for your pet.

My white Siberian Husky, Olaf, went under the porch and got covered in mud. He went to Pet Smart for grooming. The staff took the time to explain what they were going to do and the reason for that decision. Olaf came out a handsome white Husky. His white fur was white not brown. He smelled clean. He was not distressed by his visit to a new groomer. I am completely satisfied with the service I received for my dog.

Ashlyn did a great job with my dog Bailey. We also got her a new leash and a dress.

Clean, well-lit, organized with a huge selection of pet products. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Please check out PetSmart website as prices are cheaper but will match in store.

I like that you can bring in your pet. The associates are friendly and welcome you to the store. I was dropping my sisters dog off at the Vet. Which is located in the back of the store opposite the entrance/exit. They also offer grooming services here. When I was leaving I noticed they had some cats vacationing from the local animal shelter. They were there to adopt. If I had a pet of my own I would recommend PetSmart. **Bonus they have a pet coral so you can get to know your potential forever friend 🤗

I took my two dogs, Cooper and Spencer, to the grooming section in Petsmart and it was great! Kristina took amazing care of them and they came out of the grooming salon looking like new dogs! I can’t thank you enough!

I came in on a Saturday & the store was super busy. I was looking to buy some items for a new poodle I was adopting and I was completely unaware of all the items I would need for my new dog. I found an employee named Chris Brown and he was extremely helpful. Walked me throughout the dog section explaining everything I would need for my new pooch. He also saved me plenty of money by getting me a book with several discounts and actually tore out all of the coupons I would need for my purchase. A plus customer service !

EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE GROOMING SERVICES AT THIS STORE. I TOOK MY 50 LB BERNEDOODLE YESTERDAY FOR A BATH AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HER. I THINK THEY JUST SPRAY HER WITH SOME ODOR AND THATS IT. PAID $85 VERY UPSET.

Completely happy with Nala’s grooming experience. Due to Covid 19 concerns everything was done to protect myself and May her groomer. Nala looks gorgeous in her new haircut.

They’ve been taking care of our babydog since he was 8 weeks old (he’s now 8 years). The staff is amazing. We’ve always been comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. They really treat the pets and their humans, as if they are actually family. Couldn’t imagine having anyone else care for our pup.

Great for everything except animals lol great options for fish tank type stuff and animal toys but not much of a option for animals them self. Ive seen more at other shops. But great variety for anything else. And better priced as well.

The grooming salon was horrible. They were rude upon pick up. They took over 4 hours to groom my dog (his appointment was for 12:45pm and I checked him in at 12:30pm) they hadn’t even started grooming him until 2pm which I was there waiting for him to get done. They didn’t even cut his fur evenly they also didn’t even cut the fur on his tail which I said for them to do and he was covered in fur when he shouldn’t have been since I paid for the furminator package. They also then said he is ineligible to go back because he needed breaks due to his arthritis which they were informed of prior to his check in. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after this horrible experience.

Great customer service and had everything I was looking for.... no long lines to wait in even told me that they offer curbside pickup if next time I didnt wanna wait or leave my car...

Went in to make grooming appiontment but noone available to help me. Stood there 10 minutes waiting and the groomer that was there couldnt help me since she was busy with a dog. Didnt even offer to help or see what I needed.

Every single time we order online to pick up in the store they mess up and change our order!! Even when we call on the phone and have things put aside. They have given us wrong feeder fish which messed up our tank. Wrong prescription food for our cats which made them sick. They sell outdated products. They add extra money (usually around $30-50) to every order we order online. Their stock is horrible. Their employees have no clue about pretty much anything from their own products to prices etc. Thats if you are lucky enough to find anyone working out on the floor. Dont bother going here!!!

I go to Pet Smart for training with Chris Brown. Hes awesome. I would highly recommend his classes for all dog owners.

Would be a good store but the live fish department is terribly sad. They should be ashamed and do something about this. Hire and train employees to properly take care of them please. Too many dead dead fish, some of which had been sitting long enough to get nasty film around them. Stop keeping single cory cats in a tank and on gravel no less. Shape up or stop selling live fish.

Currently PetSmart is practicing social distancing measures and have kept the tape to distance customers on line. They were clean and the cashier was quick. I also had my kitten be checked at the vet inside PetSmart and it was a simple drop off service and picked him up 4 hours later with a script for his eye. Staff was super friendly and explained the process of the visit even while being super busy. Everyone had a mask on for safety.

They refused to groom my dog because hes limping...

They have nobody certified to cut cats nails but offers it on the website. 🤔 Definitely more of a corporate problem than a store problem.

Store is a nice clean well stocked store but..one register open and a line of 9 people waiting isnt worth the effort. Hope they schedule cashiers better..this is not fair to the person at the register.

Not a big store but cute selection of animals

Its okay to get stuff from but Ive learned that the staff isnt very well educated about the animals they have. I went in once and one of the staff was allowing people to hold a snake while in shed which is not appropriate. Again I stopped in today and there was a sick canary rocking back and forth at the bottom of the bird cage I talked to an associate and he couldnt care less. It saddens me to see how little these people care about the well being of their animals if I can I will not be purchasing any live animals from this place or any of its other establishments.

I first bought a hexagon tank there and returned it for another tank because the filter wasn’t working. One of the workers opened up the fish tank that I was buying and showed me that the filter worked but didn’t put back all the pieces for the filter and now I’ve got the tank set up and I spent hours hauling 25 gallons of water up a three-story apartment getting everything assembled only to realize that he didn’t give me all the parts back to my filter. Keep in mind he told me I’m not supposed to be doing this it’s against my job but he did it anyway in the long run... look where I am at $172 plus not even including the prices of decor, rocks & I cant even have the fish tank start to acclimate for a week before I can put fish in the tank. Thanks for your unprofessionalism PetSmart!!!!

From almost killing my dog, creating a file on a fictitious dog in the rabies vaccine data base, to literally stealing my money off my debit card, this place is the worst, steal your money and try sell you anything regardless of your pets needs. everyones a manager but noone can make decisions. if you value your pet do NOT go near these animals, they all pass the buck and noone takes responsibility. absolute worst id take my chances w a witch doctor before ever coming back to this place.

I was shopping for a new dog food for my overweight, gassy, senior Lab Mix. Joan spent a considerable amount of time assisting me. She asked pertinent questions and made excellent recommendations based on the information I gave her. I was really impressed. Additionally, anyone who came down the aisle, was acknowledged and told she would be right with them. Joan also related experiences with her pets that I found sincere and endearing. Lastly, she informed me how to get the most “bang” for my buck when purchasing pet foods and treats. I’ve shopped at several Pet smart stores and they have always had very attentive and knowledgeable sales associates.

Terrible customer service from employees and manager. Had an issue prior with a lady checking us out, throwing our items, giving us a nasty attitude for no reason. Was on the phone with the manager, she was very nice and said next time we come in to ask for her. Well we did, she gave us an attitude and i saved $4 off my $60 bill. Sticking with Chewy from now on, won’t give them anymore money. Doesn’t appreciate or values there customers. Thanks for the discount Sue.

Clean bright and organized. When we got a salesperson they weher very helpful. Look for the sale prices for some really good deals. Busy but not a long wait on line.

We scheduled grooming for our two dogs. Everything was handled professionally and we are satisfied with the results. The price was also very important to us because we have two dogs that needed attention.

Love this place for fish and there supplies

Got my cats there. Gotta love them for putting aside space to showcase homeless shelter cats. Grooming and veterinary services, and a good variety of pet supplies.

I bring my 2 year old Pitt bull to the Banfield Vetinary clinic that is in PetSmart and we love seeing them. He has been seeing them since he was a puppy and they have taken care of my furrbaby very well and have met his health needs. They have a great program as well that doesnt empty your wallet. When we bring my doggy in for his visits we usually shop around Petsmart and find things that you wouldnt beable to find in other pet stores. The prices are a bit high but your pet is worth it.

No dogs but still got what I needed

Went to visit the store after purchasing a mini Schnauzer from a breeder, I brought a cage and several other things for the puppy. I got a cold clammy feeling that this place is money oriented, which was confirmed by the staff which quickly tried to offer me services, without offering any off hand new puppy knowledge. This suspicion was confirmed when I called the store asked for a product and when they didn’t have it, no alternative was offered. My advise: hire a manager that knows, Six Sigma or TMA, or at least people whom are passionate in their jobs.

Three stars comes to them because their cricket situation is less than par.Heres what I mean:Its Friday and we come up to the store after driving 45 minutes and we go in, grab Authority dog food (good food that has stayed off of bad lists (Pet Smart brand fyi)). We get to the cricket holding cell to find one of two things:1.) Nobody is here to help for 15 minutes.2.) No freaking crickets.Their claim to cricket fame is that they only get 2 deliveries a week. I have a better chance of going through my back yard and finding the wild variety of crickets having tea and crumpets on a pedestal next to a talking porcupine.They could use more staff.They could use better shipment protocol.The one thing they have going for them is George. George is the one reason I continue to tolerate the cricket crisis. Hes the friendliest person they have here. That damn man needs a handshake, hug, and a beer.Do yourself a favor -go see George.

Went in to purchase fish without much knowledge of what I was looking for. Two great saleswoman immediately helped me with all my questions and help with great choices. It has been 3 weeks and all 5 five fish are flourishing nicely. Long checkout line but they had 3 cashiers and line just zipped down. Cashier was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my purchase. Recommend store highly.

Great Petsmart! Plenty of parking, great selections. Employees are super nice! Animals look well cared for (considering some of their standards need to change like tank size, rodent wheels etc...but thats corporate). They had some awesome deals and were fully stocked. They offer pet services like grooming and training. They also had a pet hospital inside. Handicap entrance available. They give a free dog treat at register also!
