Great place for office space. Management is great and the convenience of being right off I-75 is the best amenity. You should be renting your office here!

Moving a business from building. Would benefit from an actual dock but not too bad. Elevators are ok. Otherwise, as a location for a business, very good.

Ive been a tenant here for 16 years, and the owners are wonderful people. They always are looking for ways to improve the building for their tenants and always try to do the right thing by people.

My chiropractor is in this building. Shes fantastic! The building itself is well maintained!

Perfect location right between Cincinnati and Dayton and only about 1 minute from the highway. Lots of food places within walking distance. What I like most about this office is that there are so many onsite benefits like the little kitchen to buy snacks, the underground parking passes and the rentable conference room. There is also a company onsite that does IT work which is great because we are so small we dont have full time IT. There is also surveillance around the building which helped me when my car was hit in the parking lot. I also really like the fact that they have friendly onsite building management for when I forget my keys!
