They got me a door 5 hours after my appt. Once in a door took about 20 minutes. You can park on Logistics Way at night if you get here early or need a place to stay trucks were lined up there so I parked behind another one a slept. If your looking for 1225 its NFI on the back side of the building.

The guy who process CDL drivers load paperwork and give them a dock door, is really really rude, always mad and undisplined, he has a really dirty tongue. I have been here two times delivering loads and both times been insulted for nothing. I dont believe how he is been given this position who doesnt have any respect for CDL drivers or probably for noone. I hope the NFI teach him a lesson how to behave with everyone with respect.

I really don’t know how this guy at the receiving office is keeping his job. He has a very bad attitude towards drivers and he is very disrespectful. At the end he was questioning me why I called broker jajaja. He really needs a lesson

Read review on this place and was not looking forward to delivery ! Guess it depends on time for here at 1700 in dock by 1704 and unloaded within a reasonable amount of time . Friendly staff it’s a hit and miss out here for a driver so we rely on reviews of others so I just wanted to update

This place used to be ridiculous to get unloaded. The last 5 months have been much better since they have decent people unloading now. The forklift driver with the pretty hair unloads in 20 minutes or less!

By far the most pleasant and efficient facility we have worked with as a Top 25 Freight Brokerage. The staff is friendly, works quickly, and accommodates changes better than any other warehouse. Tracy (awesome), Angela (awesome), Jeremy (awesome), and Andy (awesome) along with everyone else over (awesome) do a great job and were lucky to work with them.Sidenote: the post below from Ameer is garbage.

Decent job but starts pay at 13.50 and for an operator that is pathetic honestly. Much more money to be made in Monroe driving forklift then at NFI Monroe.

Overall good experience. I feel night shift crew is lazy. Tried to get unloaded night before my appt and was told they would be behind of they went out of order, even though I was the only one there while they sat in the office talking. But I guess appts are appts. Came back to check in an hour before actual appt and was unloaded in an hour so actual process was quick and smooth. Overnight parking and a bathroom.

Amazing place professional staff. I come in earlier no problem in and out fast. Nice people. I hope I come here more. Congratulation to you all. Before all of you put complains. Be your selfs better drivers call a head of time. Work you schedules. Stop winning. This place is awesome. Go do loads to wallmart. And you will see.

Everyones experience is different mine was great came on 3 trips each time got dock before my appointment got unloaded in 30 min or less I wish every warehouse was like this ....thank you guys keep up the good work

Okey i have seen a lot negative comments here. i was there last night.my appt was at 10pm.i came at 10pm and person who work at window told me as soon as they finish with truck who had appt at 9pm i will be next.so they set me up on dock at 1030pm and i was empty i will say 1100pm. so yea most of this guys who gave bad review is the guys who miss there appt. just be on time and you will have no worries.do not pick up load if you cannot make it. and peolpe who works overthere was very nice to me.and yes you can find spots around where you can sleep overnight.it is industrial area.

Unloading no problem 30 min.... but to get dock door 4 hours

Avoid like the plague. Not driver friendly at all. Got here early for delivery - 12. Appts for 0600. Ladie gets your number an says they will work you in despite being early. Didnt recieve a call until 0607. Woke up at 0618 and called. The guy said I was to late blah blah. Cant sit around waiting all night for them to call when you gotta work the next day with no sleep. Had two missed calls aroumd 0812. Called again at 1042 with someone saying they been trying to call me all night etc. Well call logs dont lie. Broker got an email from two ladies saying I was in office raising hell etc when i was only in the office once. Bunch of typical liars, no facilites etc. Other reviews were dead on with this place. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This place is horrible for a truck drivers, I was here waiting for 7 fu**en hours just to get unloaded!! The Staff behind the desk was unfriendly and unprofessional asf!!!!!!! Im an owner operator this is my first and last load I book to those morons!! The general manager here is a joke! They were nothing but a gang, they have no respect for truck drivers.. I hope the NFI headquarter will do something! Those people is outta control and that was totally insane. 👞👎🏻

Depending on witch shift you arrive to sometimes they are very nice and fast or you could be stuck there for hours as they take their 15 minute break 3 times in hour

If you can stay a way from this place this guys are lazy there just sit here to get paid

It takes a long time to get to a door even with an apt ...they are very slow🐌. Example If you have a 1000 oclock apt. Your looking at 1130 before your trl is in a door
