The name says it all!!! The love this group has for our children and their success in the present and future is definitely second to none.

It says open 24 hoir but they close the doors when the employees leave refuse to pick up the phone and theres no way for members to get in when the doors are lock usually there are people on the inside but they also refuse to open the doors weather you have a pass or not

The gym is always super clean. The owner, people that run the gym, and the people who attend the gym on a daily basis are friendly and respectful. No hassle gym and it’s never crowded. I was taking classes at a local spot and felt like I wasnt getting pushed enough. I tried out DM with a friend and LOVED the energy. They have so many different classes at different times. And when they say all fitness levels and ages, they arent kidding! So many different fitness levels can all take the same class and will be pushed to the next level. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. In the 6 short months I have been there I have formed so many friendships that I am thankful for.

Great people. This establishment has made an amazing name, brand & family for themselves. Owners never miss saying hello or goodbye to you, motivate you day in & out. The facility has everything you need whether a novice or experienced. Training & classes are great as well!

Awesome gym with awesome people working/running the place and a great community. There is a good student rate and this was the perfect gym for me while i was in Middletown for 8 months on an internship. Although I never participated, the classes they offer look interesting and challenging for all levels of gym goers. Would be the only gym in this area I would consider going to.

I joined Dedicated Motivated about 9 months ago! I was extremely nervous to try this place because i had heard it was a high intensity workout and i didnt think i would be able to keep up. Little did I know that I was capable of more than i thought. The trainers are by far the BEST at what they do and are more than willing to help you out and actually TEACH you. They let you know that is is OK to modify and encourage you to push yourself! That is exactly what i needed because to be honest i never truly pushed myself! The trainers and other members treat you like family and part of the team right from the start! You never feel like you are just another number. The new location is AMAZING and just took this gym to the next level! There is something for everyone! My personal favorites are the DM classes and the boxing classes! Such an amazing workout and its never boring!! I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone!!

I just started this gym and I fell in love with it. The owner is awesome. Super nice guy. The staff are extremely welcoming. The first day I walked in, I had people give me a warm welcome. The environment is positive, and you have a group of people that motivate you to keep going. I have never felt so excited to go to a gym, until I came across this one. I usually dont do google reviews, but I just had to share this with people. I wish I knew about this gym a long time ago. So happy I do now.

Dedicated Motivated is awesome! The staff is friendly and always encouraging. The group training is challenging but everyone is always encouraged to go at their own pace. They’ve recently moved to their new facility that includes a batting cage, basketball area, boxing and of course weight room area. It’s a great value for what you pay and you don’t feel like just a number like other gyms. Well done!!

Passed by it alot, and didnt think much of it. But went to my sons baseball practice there and was impressed with the facility. Very nice gym

There is not another gym around like this one, they are so much more than a gym. They are a community, a fit family. I am overweight, my workouts are not consistent, I take breaks & I modify the exercises. No one stares at me, no one makes me feel uncomfortable/awkward. The motivators push me to do more, they know what I am capable of doing, they pay attention to everyone in their classes. The classmates encourage me and inspire me. They even help me modify when they see me struggling with an exercise. Never once have I been judged, not once. Everyone there is there for the same reason...to be healthier than they were the day before. Healthier in mind, body & spirit. What other gym membership offers that? Just one, Dedicated Motivated.

Dedicated Motivated is definitely one of a kind. I was a member years ago when it first started at a little Bingo Hall in Middletown. They never “locked me in” and actually worked with me when I could no longer attend classes because I was pregnant. Very customer oriented and offers what the members want. Takes into consideration of members needs for class type and times. This is why I decided to return to this gym. Nothing else compares. Also, new facility looks great!!

BEST GYM EVER! They have every thing you could ever need/want in a gym. Also, you CANNOT beat the price. The classes are an amazing kickbutt workout, you are constantly being inspired by the motivators and other members.

Fantastic place, very clean with the feel of a old garage gym. Always greeted when I walk through the door and leaving.

Dedicated / Motivated is an old fashioned gym. It has all the machines, free weights, racks, heavy bags, etc. That all gyms have. The difference? The people who go there and work there are friendly. No one there will look down on you or annoy you. Oh, and the price is better than pretty much anywhere.

Way more than a gym...Dedicated Motivated is an amazing place to get healthy! If you havent checked it out, you are really missing out on something special. I love the creativity that the motivators bring to make each class different, challenging and rewarding.

Dedicated Motivated is not your typical gym! I have tried other gyms and the workouts and atmosphere don’t compare to DM. The motivators are supportive and push you to be the best version of you but don’t force you into anything. So glad I found this place!

What isnt there to like about this place? They have created a genuine environment that simply cant be duplicated. Theyve got everything you need and beyond to help you become physically and mentally fit and thats something you can tell everyone in the building wants for you. I have been with DM since they were located in the bingo hall. The DM team is great. It doesnt matter how sporadic my schedule is, they are always very welcoming. The workouts are great and change constantly. Im never bored. And I love the new building. It is huge!

The owner/motivator and his team are educated and willing to help you change your lifestyle. This gym is for everyone regardless of your goals and/or size/age/weight/status. Everything you could want in a gym and more, all at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and if you’re a memeber, your family. I’ve never been locked into anything here — except to the best fitness experience available in the I75 corridor. Also I’ve always felt safe here - especially considering the owner has a good relationship w the city police and has, through his dillignce, made every location this gym has been in safer. I love working out in its new, permanent location. Because when the owner says a location is temporary, he means it, because he’s a man of his word.

I recently joined this gym, staff is very friendly and helpful. They are all Dedicated and Motivated to helping you!! If you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, DM offers several different types of small group classes for all different fitness levels. They have whatever you are looking for.....Weights, Spinning, Yoga, Dance Fitness, Kick Boxing etc.....Anyone interested in fitness, getting healthier etc... should stop in and check out their new huge location and see what DM is really all about!!

I love DM. It took me several years and a lot of PM’s to Danielle and Steven before I became a part of this wonderful place. My first visit I could not even finish the class and NO ONE made fun of me or looked at me bad. Danielle gave me a water and only wanted to make sure I was okay. I am now a proud member of this great little family and could not be happier. I have not worked out for over 10 years. I may have to go a little slower or modify some things but Danielle is right there encouraging and helping me along with the other girls that are there. Another little thing (big in my eyes) The owner actually talks to you and KNOWS your name. That means a lot!!

I decided to try Dedicated Motivated after reading the plentitude of positive reviews on Facebook. I figured the first class is free...what do I have to lose? After class was complete...I immediately signed up...the thought of leaving never occurred to me.I was treated like family starting with the very first class. Many members offered help as I was trying to learn the set up...showing modifications I could do until I was strong enough to reach the next level. The positivity and love was palpable...a feeling I received the moment class started.That first class was almost 4 years ago. The staff and members are not only my friends...they are my family. They have not only helped me meet my fitness needs...they have supported me during some of the most difficult times of my life. I lost my momma July 10, 2016. Saturday...July 9, 2016...I decided to take an early morning class to help clear my mind for a bit. Unfortunately...my heart just wasnt in it...and I left the workout area. One of my friends/motivators noticed I stepped out and came to be by my side. To help me refocus and clear my head...she ran outside with me. Having a friend by my side...and the fresh air blowing in my face...helped me refocus. I was able to finish the class...and then go back to my mommas bedside. I needed the mental and physical boost I received to continue caring for my momma...because to care for others...you must care for yourself. Danielle...the moment you came to my rescue will always remain in my heart...and Im glad to call you my friend and motivator today!Steven has been pivotal in my journey to health and fitness. He has an uncanny ability to notice when people need a loving nudge to keep going...and will let you know if youre not working to your full potential. Stevens goal is to help bring out the best version of yourself. The loss of my momma threw me into a tailspin...and he has always been there for me. He seems to know what I need before I do!I could write something wonderful about each person Ive met at DM...but that may take a while. So...I suggest you come to DM and see for yourself! It is in a fantastic new location...and the people within that building will soon become family! And that building will become a second home!

This is the best place to reach your fitness goals. Everyone is patient, caring and willing to help you in anyway possible.The price is affordable and they offer deals often. They recently moved to their new loacation on Breiel Blvd in Middletown. They had a opening on 10/14/17.Noone is ever locked into a contract. There is a contract but if you feel you cant meet the obligation or your time is funny you can easily sign a paper and be released.The new location is super top notch. Not like any gym youve ever experienced.If you want to feel like you are in a place where everbody knows your name and youre always glad you came then this the gym for you. I have been a member since 2012.
