I feel they have a good variety of equipment to get an excellent workout and the membership fees are inexpensive. They do need to improve keeping up with things like hand grips, television on the cardio machines, and pins for the cable machines. They play a good mix of music including some classic rock and the overall atmosphere is good.

Nice gym overall. Friendly staff, clean facility and a lot to offer. Convenient for me and very, very reasonable pricing. Lots of equipment and no waiting!

When I find a great gym I stick with it for life. I love this place, a lot of machines, big spaces, nice classes, staff is very friendly and professional and its always clean. I recomend this gym 100%

Gym is average, and they do keep it clean. The manager is always looking to cheat you thou. I had six personal training session and used 4. They tried to say I used them all. I asked for the manager to call me and he never Did. Never leave them your credit card on file, they make charges without permission. If you sign up pay upfront cash! 60 days to cancel and they will still say you never ask to cancel and continue to charge. Make sure you see it for yourself when you cancel. Always overlook your card with that said to much work for a gym membership !

Great gym and staff. I wish I can give them a 5 star and the deceptive pushing of training programs a 0. They care about cleanliness during Covid which is something I appreciate very much. I never felt uncomfortable working out there. The personal trainer Jagur is an extremely knowledgeable young man who encourages you and pushes you to do better. Of course like many gyms they have deceptive business practices that are only concerned with taking money from their clients. I signed up for a training program that you obligate to have for 2 months. At week 6 or 7 of the 8 weeks I went to cancel and the manager says that is a 60 day notice. I guess I’m expected to know I want to cancel something in the first day I try it. Idk doesn’t make much sense for me. I’ll admit it’s on me that I don’t do the group classes, but I really didn’t want those. I signed up more for the personal training sessions. So now I’m stuck paying for 2 more months that I don’t want. Such a bull scam.

I joined this gym because it used to be open 24 hours, but unfortunately I’m considering joining a different gym unless they go back to their normal times

When I was going to this location, the equipment was mediocre at best. I have since moved to California, sent one letter to cancel in August. Apparently it was never received. Despite a county-wide lockdown where I live, the general manager Val Nupomuceno has refused to cancel my membership despite multiple attempts, and has since stopped responding to my emails. Take your money to LA fitness where cancellation is easy and they don’t avoid you.

There seems to be a systemic issue that Club 24 has with yoga instructors. Over the years there have been several good instructor that drew good attendance but all have left due to the low pay per class and issues with management. I have heard this from several instructors as they had voiced their issues after class. Now that we are past COVID and classes have resumed, the situation isn’t looking better. Approximately 50% of the classes that I have signed up and showed up for have been cancelled due to no instructors or the schedule was changed and instructors were not notified. It’s a total debacle. Poor Communication is a huge issue.

GoToo Fitness, Anytime fitness, 24/7 fitness, WOW, Planet fitness, are all much better options. Club 24 will scam you. I as well as FOUR people i know have had accounts with them and all of us ABSOLUETLY REGRET. Every single review mentioning Club24, dodging attempts to cancel an account are very true. I reached out via email multiple times and recieved no response. If you end up locked in with them they will do everything in their power to avoid contact with you in order to keep charging you and let any fight on your end be left useless until they send a collection agency after you. The staff was always rude and many female friends I have had go here have felt persoanlly harassed by employees. A manager once made a comment about my lack of attenedance at one point that was also very rude considering she had no idea why i had a lack of attendance, and it just so happened to be becuase of a medical issue. People overall here are the opposite of compassionate and supportive. The movies repeat constantly and are rarely changed and are too loud shaking the gym at points. Unless your openly looking for a place that will take your money monthly, reject attempts to cancel and then claim you owe them hundreds, dont go here. literally run away, thats good cardio right?

I wish I could give this gym a higher rating because the potential is there. In the past I’ve raved about the many amenities this gym has to offer - especially for the price.Although the price is still great- so much has gone down hill. The hydro massage bed is using freezing cold water because “it is not used often enough” according to staff. The same for the sauna, it is on a timer and not regularly turned back on, so it takes too long to warm up when you are ready to use it. The tanning bed is so old it feels wrong stepping into it with bare feet.There are currently a couple broken machines throughout the gym- not sure how long they will stay that way. They threw out all the yoga mats and stated they had no intentions of replacing them. I can bring my own but it’s unfortunate there aren’t some available for floor exercises (actually planked on a bare stinky floor today, would not recommend) They have removed the water bottle water fountain and just the old standard remains. I found the one for the water bottles to be more sanitary. I would love to attend the classes but they are always empty-I started to wonder if this gym was getting close to closing. I am glad I am not in a contract because I will be looking for a better gym. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the low price, the few very friendly staff, and because the equipment is usually clean.

It’s a good gym for the price. Has excellent set of machines and free weights. Feels motivated seeing so many people working out! I haven’t tried the classes or personal training but it looks worth it.

Good cleaning protocols but staff were not good about telling a customer to wear his mask as he talked loudly in the direction of the entryway, while talking to a friend at the desk. I have frail persons at home.

Worst gym. Have had multiple issues here. Especially with since COVID. To say that they lack customer services skills is an under statement. And when told that manager will call you, she doesnt. Then you request to speak with manager she still doesnt call back. But yet you put in a request online for a call, and get an email in return from this manager. STAY AWAY!!!

My son and i joined a couple weeks ago and are very happy there. The staff is so nice and supportive with questions. The gym is also very clean!!

This gym needs to get its act together. None of the employees are ever on time especially opening on the weekends. We’re now going on three consecutive weekends without someone opening up at 7am. They’ve also removed half of the dumbbells leaving everyone to share half of a dumbbell rack. This place is going down hill very quickly.

LOVE my gym! Super friendly and accommodating staff, nice up to date equipment, clean locker room with a TV, workout/movie room, massage bed and chairs, tanning, whats not to love? My only complaint is that my meditation during Yoga class is disturbed by the blaring movie in the next room, hence the 4 stars.

What a great place! Was at WOW for a while, now I see what a 5 star gym is really like! Awesome staff, the ladies are helpful to me. The classes in cluded with the membership are motivating, place is always miraculously clean. Great atmosphere.

For the price, its great! A multitude of machines and classes. Tanning, massage beds, a small personal sauna, and of course the movie theater where you can go for a run while watching the movie of the day! My friend did the Afterburn program and loved it. The staff is friendly, and its very clean. I generally dont enjoy going to the gym but Ive been using Club 24 for the past 2 years, so thats a record for me!

The worst gym to cancel your membership. Even when you follow all the steps they continue to charge you and say its your fault because the payment never went through! The price may be reasonable but the service is lacking, and the classes are lame no one attends, visit another gym and save yourself the bother.

Machines are not maintained at all had a machine collapse on me, entire ab area is also for trainers so you can get kicked out at moments notice

Very friendly staff greet you each time you enter, great choice of excercise options. I especially like the ten minute one on one work out sessions with the pros. And to top it off its the lowest priced gym around.

Terrible business practices the manager is a joke. Theyre a scam, make it very hard to cancel a membership and keep charging you past your contract date. saying you cant cancel till you pay them for months past when you already cancelled. Run its not worth the headache of dealing with these shady people. No wonder staff is a revolving door

On August 6th, I signed up for the Orange Elite membership. I paid for 16 months in full. A significant reason for my choosing this membership package was specifically for the premium wifi I was told would be coming by the end of the month (August 2019). The premium wifi was explained to be extremely fast, auto-connecting, and would have great coverage for Orange Elite members only.To-date, there is no premium wifi at Middletown location where I signed up. The staff there are very friendly, but unable to provide answers as to when this is coming. I should be compensated or credited a portion of my account until Club24 fulfills their portion of the agreement to provide the Elite premium wifi. I contacted Club24 via their website messaging in October but nobody has even responded. A huge disappointment from a gym that checks the boxes on many other fronts.

They have a great after burn class that helps gain strength and inches they have a theater room where you can treadmill elliptical and bike while watching the movie of the week. Its a nice gym

Great staff, excellent array of equipment, very clean and well maintained. Their pricing is competitive, with a standard level at $10 and a gold level at $20/mo with year long contracts.With the gold level contract you have access to the massage chairs/bed and the tanning booth.For an additional charge of ~$40/mo (6 or 9 mo contract), they offer a great crossfit style class 6 days a week that aims to have you burn 600 calories in an hour long session.The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are 24/5 not 24/7.

Club 24 is fantastic! The facility is always super clean, the staff is super friendly and the equipment choices are awesome. The prices are great too, and I love that its always open.

I have been to many of the Gyms in the area and find that this one has been the best for me There are always plenty of machines available and I am able to get my routine in without waiting. I really enjoy catching a movie now and then in their cinema room. It makes the time go pretty fast. Unlike other gyms I dont get hit with the smell of a locker room and so far I havent seen any machines not operational.

Never have had a problem here. The staff are friendly and they are usually cleaning when I come in, there is a lot of equipment and its nice equipment as well. Its a nice gym

There’s always an old guy here who uses the stair master in his socks. The guy uses cardio equipment in his nasty, sweaty socks and no one who works here seems to care. Really says all you need to know about this place.

Ive been going to this facility since it opened in the first few months this gym was well maintained, and with a great polite staff.The one star is for the cinema movie theater and an OK amount of equipment.The two blonde females working the desk area are exceptionally rude and disrespectful. New staff is definitely needed and hopefully more mature, older staff members who have manners. I normally dont write reviews but it was not the only time I received rude service by those individuals.This gym lost my service and I will be canceling my membership.Save your money go to WOW!!!!!

Been coming here for about a year or so now. No matter how busy it is there is still plenty of treadmills and other machines available. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Any questions I have they are happy to answer!

Club 24 is amazing staff is super friendly and trainers are knowledgeable. The seven locations across the state make it super conveint. Deron the GM was great took me on a tour of the facility and then Tom the PT booked me for a free afterburn class that was the bees knees! Do yourself a favor and check this club out!
