Seriously professional and responsive. Nick was great! I called him on a whim hoping to get a last minute job done. He was honest and forward with minimums (adding the stairs and landing as it was more affordable then) and what should be used to be the safest for my toddler and dog. He did the work on a Saturday and Monday so that it would be completed when we returned from vacation! The outcome was amazing and he was able to match the stain to the rest of the house, which all the other guys told me was impossible. When I am ready to do the rest of the house, I will be calling him again!

I highly recommend. Family owned, which I always like. But more so it was just easy to work with them. Salesman who came out was great, and showed me a bunch of prefinished floor options. The installers were on time and more importantly cleaned up when it was over. Respected my house. Floors look awesome. They also did the floors of some of my family and friends houses, they said the same thing. I will use them again to refinish some older floors I have upstairs. Id give them a call if you in the market, at least get a quote.

My experience with Custom Hardwood Flooring Plus could not have been better! Nick responded to my request for a quote within minutes and was able to come over and take measurements of my condo the next day, despite coming from over an hour away!
