Went into this store to mail an overnight package after USPS took over a week to deliver the last overnight package I sent for my company. The gentleman was not only kind, he was very engaging and has a knack for talking to customers. What should have been a dreaded chore is now a place I cant wait to go back to!!!!

This place is great. If you are wondering if the UPS store on Main is better, they are not. If you need a printout at Mail express, they charge for the printout. If you need a single page printout at UPS in Middletown, you get charged $5 just for them to load it using a computer. Mail Express if the most pleasant place to take care of your mailing needs. The staff is super friendly. Dont bother going anywhere else in the area.

This shop was very helpful with mailing multiple large packages at the last minute and didnt charge per package, like other retail establishments in town. I was greeted with a helpful and pleasant employee and I appreciate that. Thank you and I will be back again.

Great customer service, mailboxes, if you are from out of state and paying taxes and shipping galore you need to use this service, because it will give you a physical location. . Wonderful customer service and print quality. I called Mail Express about 20 minutes before closing on Friday evening with an urgent printing request. The man who helped me was very kind, very patient, and made my project happen. (I had actually tried to work with UPS first, which failed unexpectedly; hence the last-minute nature of things at Mail Express. The contrast in their customer service attitude was remarkable). Much appreciation to Mail Express!

Friendly fast service. Had to do a RMA return for a Wayfair purchase. Thought I was going to have to drive to Newark but took a chance and emailed this place. They got back to me quickly and dropping it off took less than a minute. Perfect!
