Well when I went in to register I was almost done and, they said they could accept my ID so Id offer my Social and birth certificate for another form ID since my ID was expired, at that time I no way in renewing it due to covid 19 so I was screwed until the BMV opens up. So as right now I got my new ID and I will go in tomorrow to see if I can complete my registration process and hopefully get my questions answered. Im tired of going through Temporary Services due to identity theft and people messing my money and not wanting to fix it. So I will give full stars when I go in and complete my registration process then to see if this is like any other temp service. I really not. After all the positive reviews and great customer service Ive experienced first hand.... So Ill update this on the completion of my registration and getting a job.

I’ve been going through surge now for a couple of weeks and Stephanie has helped me multiple times, she is very patient and helpful an always has a back up plan I appreciate everything she does along with the surge company !!

Excellent staff.

They misinform you alot tell you your making onwthing and when you get to a job or inteeview you get told your gonna be making way less theyll send you to a job and they wont even know your coming and you get told to leave the job that you thought you were supposed to be at because someone in there office told tou i have also had myself and friends not get paid at all for. Days of work this place is a hack joke with teenager like employees that are more worried about there social status than there jobs

This place is terrible. They messed up my payroll on Friday and here it is Wednesday and they still havent paid me saying could be another day or two. When I call the lady is very rude. Any other temp service would have had the mistake fixed and money paid out same day but not surge. They act like they give no care. Dont work for these people just terrible

They really care about their people. Stephanie ( from the middletown office ) I felt went above and beyond to help me with a continuous problem I was having at a job. All of surge s employees that Ive encountered have done the same

I went to Surge Staffing in Middletown and was Surprised when I saw Mic there! I remember her from the Fairfield branch a couple years ago and she was exceptional! It so good to know shes back doing what she loves! She was and always has been very professional, detailed oriented and helpful! Once again she got me next day employment, She never fails to help one out when they need it the most! The other ladies at the branch were very professional also. Branch looked nice and clean. THIS IS A VERY WELL PUT TEAM that work with one another and get the job done!

I have worked before with Ms Trinidad at the Fairfield branch years ago, she helped me get on my feet. I’m now happy too see that she is back with Surge and in Middletown. I was there last week and was glad to see her professionalism and hard work is still there. And Plus she got me a job at a great place with better pay.
