We requested a tow about a month ago at which point we were directed that they dont accept cash and would require payment over the phone. We gave them the information and within 20 minutes had chosen to cancel the tow service. At which point they stated they wouldnt be able to issue a refund until Monday. Monday came and went no refund, after 3-4 weeks still no refund, disputing through the bank, and attempts at contacting the owner to no avail. They stated to the bank they would issue a refund but changed the amount of the refund multiple times and still no contact from the owner or a refund as promised! They operate out of multiple business addresses. Their reception gentleman was less than helpful and has no professional knowledge. When the tow for services not rendered is 150 dollars and we agree to pay the non-hook up fee of 30 dollars for cancelling and still cannot receive a refund it is pretty fraudulent at this point. DO NOT RENDER SERVICES FROM THEM!!!! Well if you notice the response at the bottom in regards to insurance that is interesting. FTC complaint will be started as well

I don’t know much about towing but these guys were pretty nice. I’ve never really had car problems because I use newer cars so it was kind of difficult but, thanks to them I got to my home. Thanks PFA

DO NOT do business with this company! They did $1700 worth of damage to my car attempting to get keys out. Now they refuse to even talk to me or file a claim with their insurance company, most likely because they have no insurance. Owner is so spineless that he puts his teenage son on the phone to discuss the situation with me, then hang up. Please note that I was polite and professional in my conversations with them. Now I am going to the CT insurance commissioner. These guys are total hacks!

Once they arrived I was treated well they made sure I was alright and they brought my car to its destination and I felt welcome unlike other drivers which are rude and have a terrible town. Thank you for bringing me safely to my place
