Ed & Jennifer of Cybertechs are honest, credible people. I bought a used Dell Inspiron in January 2021 for a very decent price. Six months later, I took my computer back to Cybertechs to install a faster internal drive. I use this computer for personal and college and it is running fine.

Wanted 3 tablet screens fixed, they were broken. He held on to them for 5 weeks telling me that he hadn’t gotten to them yet, or come back tomorrow, or he was really busy, and more excuses. Finally found him and said just give me back the tablets. It took another week for him to show up at his business, and he handed back the tablets with no work done on them at all!!!! Told me it was too expensive to fix!!! I was going to pay? Will never go there again. Worst experience ever!

Took laptop in to have it cleaned since liquid was spilled on it. Told it would be done a few days later. Attempted to contact and never answered phone. Went in and it wasnt completed. Told it needed a new battery. Told it would be done in a couple of more days. Befor going, attempted to contact again and never answered phone. Drove to shop and it still was not finished. Took computer home and found my entire MS office was deleted and speaker no longer works. Brought in a computer was told to come in Monday I proceeded to come Monday then told to come Tuesday came in again and again Wednesday then was told to come in again Thursday morning ended up taking my pc not sure if I just came during a busy week or what but probably wont be coming back here / edit so a few days later I cant get the system to power on so moral is stay the hell away from this place

BUYER BEWARE. Do not step foot in this store. Do not even look at this store. Please do not give these computer hustlers any money. Youre better off buying lotto tickets from the Speedway next door. Bought a laptop. Had to take it back repeatedly. Owner did not listen to concerns or brushed them off and claimed buyer beware.Here are the problems with computer, computer did not recognize the graphics card. It was clearly labeled with an Nvidia graphics card. Graphics card is not listed in device manager on computer. Not even when show hidden devices is clicked. Could not install drivers for the graphics card. I addressed my concern, he says it runs fine, doesnt it? The first day I had it the screen went blank. Took it back. He put on a new screen, but the new screen had a 1 inch brown gash on it. He didnt care. He already sold it to me. Charger port was loose and cracked. He says all charger ports are like that. The fan is very loud and impossible to turn off even when every program under the sun is used. I did not notice this problem while looking at the computer in the store, because there was 15 other P.O.S. laptops next to it. I wanted Windows 7. He gave me Windows 10. I wanted to play games. He claimed it can run games. It cannot run games unless the games are 10 years old. Gee, I dont know, maybe it has something to do with the graphics card not being recognized.Their guarantee means literally nothing. Should have bought a new laptop. Lesson learned. Do not make the same mistake I did. You have been warned!
