I needed to get my tablet screen fixed because it shattered, and they quoted me at $160.00. I then agree to give it to them, with a non refundable fee of around $80.00. Once I gave them the tablet and paid the fee, the price jumped from $160.00 to 380.00. I can understand a small jump in price from the estimate, but that jump in price was ridiculous. I ended up doing it anyways or Id lose the $80.00 Id already given them. My tablet got fixed quick and they did a great job, I just wish theyd been honest when they quoted me on how much itd be, or say they wouldnt know till they contacted their vendor for a more accurate quote.

Did an awesome job with my Mac book screen. Dropped it and thought it was going to be too expensive to fix. They were able to get it fixed in a week and was very affordable for what I was getting for costs from Apple. Definitely recommend for all your tech repairs and they even have refurbs too!

Fast low cost repairs. Had an issue with the graphic card in the laptop. They called told me what the issue was and the cost to repair. Have the go ahead and was done quickly. Very nice people too. Will definitely use them again

My home computer was super slow so I went to laptop shack who upgraded the hard drive and memory. They also cleaned up all my programs and now it is super fast!

I had my iPhone screen replaced here, and I cant recommend it enough! The service was very fast and the employees were upfront with cost and turnaround time. I did my research with a few other vendors before bringing my phone here and this was the best option by far.The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable as well. They were not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely care about my phone being fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will definitely be doing business with Laptop Shack in the future.

Was so happy to find this place. My logic board went on my 2013 MacBook and tried bringing to Apple. Found that was way too much money to fix but Laptop Shack was able to get the job done for half the cost!!! So happy to have my laptop back in working order! This place is awesome and Mat was such a help.

My screen on my laptop stopped working a few weeks ago and saw Laptop Shack at the Wallkill Plaza. Stop in and the woman at the counter was very helpful and checked in my computer which their diagnostic fee was half the price that of Best Buy! Within 3 days she called me and told be it was all fixed. So happy I found them as Best Buy is definitely a rip off and got my screen fixed for cheaper with no issues!

I felt used after working here they laid me off after about a month working with them. Due to previous techs negligence there was a large backlog of uncompleted work which i was tasked to figure out and fix pretty much entirely myself. After that work was done the store became terribly slow probably due to a bad location of the shop and poor techs/management beforehand. All in all they seemed like nice people but they left me in a terrible spot after getting rid of me with absolutely no warning.

Total rip off and an unprofessionally run business. I brought my ps4 there for a repair. All they did was look at it, then demanded $75 to get it back. They should have stated that there is a fee just for looking at it up front, instead of after determining that they couldn’t fix the problem.

Got my laptop back to me four days ahead of schedule. Had no problems with my Linux system. Friendly, maintains proper communication. Would recommend, will go back to.

I havent had any work done yet, but Im having my laptop repaired here very soon. The process so far has been great, with excellent customer service. I received a phone call telling me exactly what was wrong, how much it would cost with out being pushy, and letting me know what my option are. So far the lead up experience has been phenomenal.-update-I did wind up having my laptop fixed here. It worked great with no issues. I did finally have a small problem with my laptop screen after a week or two. They guarantee their work. All I had to do was drop it off and the next day good as new no charge. Awesome place

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for a job well done. Considering that your technician was able to diagnose and have our server properly repaired and returned within essentially 24-hours enabling my office to stay on track with scheduled work and appointments was very impressive. Our server had a burned out power unit and would not power up. Additionally it crashed during an update and needed start-up to be repaired. Our business would have been severely impacted if these items were not repaired in the time it took!!! Thanks so much!!!

I love this place. Its a bit pricey, but its well worth it. My phone screen was completely shattered and I went in at 10:20AM to have it fixed and had my phone back by 11:15AM. I definitely recommend this place.

Please stop running ebay and paypal scams. They bought a computer from me in October, damaged it, and filed a paypal claim saying it was sent damaged. You guys had it for MONTHS and there were no issues! Total scammers. Use a legit business that doesnt defraud others for a profit. Chrissy Lemke and this business are scammers. Its funny that she would post a positive review for her own business! Shady.

They say Monday-Friday there open 10am-6pm and Saturday 10-5 but yet the last 12 times I’ve tried to go there on a week day between 10-6 there’s no one ever there the lights are on doors always locked maybe they need to re think there business ethics honestly wouldn’t recommend this business if you wanna call it that cause no one is ever there
