I have had several suits cleaned and bring a couple dozen shirts in every three to four weeks. The lady at the front desk is always nice and I intend to continue using A1 Cleaners.

Great cleaning and the best alterations I have found in Middletown. I have all of my pants tailored to perfection. They fit great after she has worked her magic on them. Nice lady too.

The worst dry cleaning experience ever. The owner caller the police on my pregnant daughter and myself after we inquired about her lost clothing. The officer came and after hearing both sides warned the owner about calling the cops when customers asked about their lost garments. The police officer stated this had happened before. Three days after the owner called stating she had found the clorhing. Too little, too late. This could have escalated to a negative outcome for both of us in todays climate. She should be ashamed of herself. Never again. Btw, she has a F rating with the BBB due to failure to respond to customer complaints even though she is not a registered business with the agency.Addendum due to inaccurate response from owner:The clothing was not there for a year and we never asked for refund. The clothes had a sentimental value as the coat was worn when my daughter received the proposal for marriage and the shirts were purchased from Thailand when my daughter and son in law visited during their Anniversary. Your lack of integrity speak volumes about your unprofessionalism.

This cleaners is horrible the service was very poor.i drooped of 2 uniformed shirts and pants on 11/5/18 and did not get them back until 11/13/18. The lady had the odasity to say it was not her problem. I would not recommend anyone to use this cleaners. My clothes were sent to Pennsylvania, and was told they had a issue with the machine. However there was no apology whatsoever. No return phone call at all. The older oriental lady running the place, has no knowledge of anything at all. There is truly a severe language barrier. This place really needs better people running the business.

Very friendly! Clothes are clean and pressed as they should be. I have no problems with this cleaners.

Ruined my uniform shirt! Guess I should have learned my lesson the last time when I picked up my shirt and it had a dirt stain on the collar that wasn’t there when I gave it to them. They took care of the dirt, that’s why I came back. This time the shirt is ruined. I will go back to see if they will fix it.

Horrible customer service, but a funny story out of it!We dropped a jacket off to be cleaned in preparation of a close family members funeral. We were told it would be ready on Saturday, but that following Monday when we went to pick it up it was not in the shop. Apparently it had been sent out to be cleaned. I thought the cleaner did that there but whatever.The funeral was the following day so obviously we were not happy, but the lady in an attempt to somehow make things right offered my wife to borrow someone else’s jacket for the day. We said no, but it definitely raised the question...was our jacket out on loan?!?We went to the funeral (without jacket) and received a vmail the following day that it was back at the cleaners but still with a stain. We decided at that point we were done trying to have the jacket cleaned there. When we picked it up we were presented with a bill for 22 dollars which we said we weren’t paying for an incomeplete job. She immediately proceeded to take the jacket to the back of the store and call the police. Yes the police! So we patiently sat and waited for the police to arrive while she told us if we didn’t want to pay we should have gone to the place across the street for 5 bucks.The police arrived and we explained our side, but went with their advice to just pay the bill and take our business elsewhere.Finally, while paying the bill, we were informed that the color of the jacket was not an appropriate color for a funeral anyway! If only we had discussed funeral attire at first this all could have been avoided...haha!!!

This is the worse service Ive ever had she wouldnt let me use her restroom told me I had to go to McDonalds also I know its because the last time I used it she had all her dry clean clothes soaking in water in the back and press them by a little iron she ruined all 6 peices also wont pay me for them .Dry Clean means clean while dry lol not soak in buckets of water !

Clothes are clean and on time. I take my uniform shirts to Kim to have them taken in, and she always does a good job on them.

The shirts are the best price around !

Very rude!! I was told hurry up when another customer walked in because the woman felt I took took long to inspect my skirt that I paid her to fix. There are too many dry cleaners in the area to be dealing with such poor customer service...
