Terrible Customer service! Deserving of zero stars if review would allow it.The actual owner of the company come to my home for a quote on a repair to my chimney. It seemed high but was in a rush to have it fixed. I called and schedule the appointment but he never showed up on the agreed upon date! No phone call or follow up. I even called that day to check in.I continued to call multiple times over the next couple weeks and leave voicemails because now its the busy season for these companies and Im having a hard time getting another company to come out. Not one single return phone call. Now Ill likely be without my fireplace for another year because of this.Cant recommend this company!
