I never write reviews - but Joe’s service at A-1 was excellent. Local guy, very reasonable on cost and executed the fix quickly to perfection. Dent on rear driver side door completely disappeared. Dropped car off at 9 AM and it was ready at 11:30 AM. Quite simple- if I get another dent I’m going back to A-1.

Joe did an amazing job of eliminating the four dents on the roof over my cars windshield likely caused by a tree branch. There is not even a ripple or hint of any damage that existed, and the area looks like new! He is professional, courteous, and time conscious, providing me with a factory look for a very reasonable price, delivered on time. I contacted A-1 Dents to help me with a dent on the front of my car and smaller dings on the doors. I recieved a prompt response from Joe. We were able to get the estimate completed quickly. The estimate was emailed to me before I pulled back into my driveway. The work was completed the next day. The entire transaction was completed within 3 days. I cannot tell where the damaged areas were located. My car looks amazing!!! I cannot recommend A-1 Dents and Joe enough.

I backed into a pole in my parking garage at work and had an awful dent in my truck. In a word: Phenomenal. Ive had multiple dents removed on other vehicles in the past at other places (including at the Porsche dealership), and the results were always good...not great, but good. I also know that some dents are not as easily removed with paintless dent removal, so I was a bit worried about getting this particular quarter-sized dent (which had a scratch in the middle, thanks to some lovely parking lot patrons who dont care when they nail someones door with their car or cart) removed fully. Long story short, Joe provided a quick and accurate quote, got me in to fix it within a few days, and then the finished product was unbelievable. I still cant find the spot which was impacted...I am blown away! With the way people drive in RI and MA, I know Ill have need for dent removal again soon...and I know for sure where Im going to go - A-1 is awesome. THANK YOU!
