Theyre poor policies are almost unbelievable. They wont allow you to start any cars but then turn around and say they cant guarantee a car listed as running or driving does either. They allege the guys in the yard will help you with getting cars running, also false. Theyre more occupied in the loaders moving cars and they dont have guys walking the yard offering help to the very few people checking out cars. IAAI DOES NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER.
