Excellent Service and organization. I had to forward my mail for 3 months while relocating to the Madison area. I discovered this store to receive my forwarded mail delivery. While using this service I received multiple packages and mail. The service was incredible and a special shout out to all the staff but especially Paula. I was able to pick up packages until 7pm and retrieve my mail anytime. I would certainly say this service is better than the US postal service.

I appreciate the staff at this UPS store for all they have done through Covid and still showing up to work to get our packages delivered. Love coming in and seeing Paula’s smile (even when hidden behind a mask!)

Paula was such a great help to me this morning. I had a print order to pick up and two of my kids have colds. I called from the parking lot and she brought the order out to me even though it wasn’t a curbside, so that I wouldn’t need to bring the sick kids into the store with me. Don’t want to be sharing germs if we can help it, and Paula was so gracious!

I came over on my lunch hour, which I always do to return some of my many Amazon purchases. Paula was SO helpful!! Even though 3 of my items were shipped to me in one package, she let me know that they had to be returned in separate packages. She was so helpful as to cut my one larger package into 3 sections and then using tape made 3 separate mailings and labels. She was so sweet!!! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes which I really appreciated since I only get 30 minutes for lunch. She didnt make me feel bad for not having correct packaging.. completely the opposite!

I went to this location 5/22/21 to ship a package to my sister and her kids in AR. Alex helped me very quickly. We chatted about working at the store as I had worked at one while I was in high school. He was super friendly and even made sure my shipping info would be emailed to me so I know when it would arrive to my nephews. 💯 best service of all the locations I’ve been to in the area.

Needed a booklet of 125 pages bound in some way. Called and was told that they could spiral bind it for me. Arrived at the store, worked with Paula. She was very friendly and helpful. Not only did she spiral bind my booklet, but she included a front and back plastic cover. Whole process took about five minutes and cost only $7! Super fast service. Extremely friendly staff.

I always do my returns from Amazon here, and have never had an issue. Today, though, one employee went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Paula was absolutely fantastic - she provided truly great service and interaction!

I went in to the store on a Saturday morning and the line was 4-5 people deep and one other person in the printer. There was only one person by the name of Alex working. This may sound like it’s going to be a negative review, but it’s just the opposite. While I was waiting to get my vaccine cards laminated, he helped the remaining people in line and had us all helped within 5 minutes (which includes the time to heat up the lamination machine). The guy was fantastic and kept conversing with people while hustling to get things done. Put some time into this kid, he could be a future star for the company.
