Had Gary come to my house to give me an estimate, he told me it would take a week or so to get the job done. I said no problem, just keep me in the loop on when we can expect the job to be done. It’s been a month since Gary gave me the estimate and the tree still isn’t cut down. This guy Gary is an absolute joke! He literally has zero professionalism. Would NEVER recommend this company!

Used Ronys twice in the past month and cant say enough about them. Gary provided affordable quotes within a day or two of my request and even had a crew out the same afternoon on one occasion. Crew is top notch and as professional as they come. Safety is of the upmost importance and they take the necessary steps to ensure your property is left clean and undamaged. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Warning! Stay away!!Completely and utterly unprofessional. Gary came to give an estimate and I called back within a week to have to job completed. Gary said he would call to set up an appointment and never returned my call, at that point I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be a good experience. Gary then calls the day of and wants to come complete the job within an hour. I said ok because I was home, and I have a dangerously hanging branch over my yard to where my daughter plays.Gary and his men quickly arrive and immediately start clearing the way. Before he started I wanted to confirm where he is cutting the branch since it is a large tree. He immediately gets defensive as I’m reminding him of our agreement. He then said oh I don’t want to mess up the tree and it will be ok where he cuts it. However during the first time he came he said the tree is old, rotted, and needs to go but we can cut branches as another option. He then said the quote he gave me won’t cover that, and it would be an addition to cut the branch lower. I asked how much more would it be and he couldn’t even give me a number and kept saying “never mind.” All of a sudden his men start leaving and repeatedly said “nevermind”and he doesn’t want to do it. As he’s pacing back and forth I asked if we can agree on where to cut it so it’s safe to be outside and he didn’t even answer me. Gary wasted my time, and was completely unprofessional. All I wanted was a branch to be cut at the original price he gave. #NORONYS

Rony and Gary came to my house and did an outstanding job for the lowest quote received. he brought in like 5 guys and 2 trucks and cut down 2 trees and pruned some others before it was even noon.
