Every time I come to this location there is always an issue with receipt. Not sure why cus due to my online business I go to a lot of post offices and never an issue except here. Not to mention the people are rude to you. This place needs better management and better employees. Avoid this post office if you can.

Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the hours (to 6 pm) otherwise itd be 1 star. Ive had issues with every piece of media mail Ive shipped from there. Recently Ive had a large box of records be shipped and appear empty costing me a ton of money. With any media mail make sure to get insurance and hold on to the receipt. I will never ship anything expensive out of this location again. Please stop asking people to fill out your survey you guys know what your service is about.

No problems for me. Ive been using them for my online business because of their later hours and to date have not had anything but a pleasant experience.One of the guys behind the counter actually gave me advice which now saves me time every time I go in.

My passport appointment got canceled twice ! Both times they called me staying someone called out sick. They have no regard for people’s time. Also the person I spoke with was very rude. Horrible customer service. They deserve no star.

Absolutely TERRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE. The front staff is EXTREMELY slow. They do not respect anyones time. The lady started a new project as she saw me waiting in line and did not come back for 20 minutes and kept yelling out Ill be right there. Thank you for your patience. Every single time this place has long waits. Whether it is a long line and not enough staff, or staff that works extremely inefficiently, or staff that ignores the front line until 6 people are lined up to come back to the front.

Anyone looking to get a passport Middlesex post office made something intimidating so simple! I highly recommend going to them for your passport - they do the photos there too, you just need an appointment before you go😊 the ladies were all vet knowledgeable and so helpful! Thank you all

Jericka is by far one of the worst people I’ve ever seen at a post office counter, she’s got some attitude problems, I’m in shocked the manager in that place hasn’t addressed her. So rude!If I could give no stars I would!

I haven’t experienced, ever, more irresponsible people than those. Really slow and rude and the mail delivery is the worst. In my three years on the neighborhood, they have lost or putting them in somebody else mailbox many many times. I get others people mail and delivery myself to their door. I had complained several times and their excuse has been the same all the time “we’ll see to it, we have new people all the time and bla, bla, bla. Is very frustrating and worryingly because you’re never sure is you will get your mail and who get yours. It happened to me and it cost me money and time.

Helpful and courteous staff. Have to deal with hissy fit throwing customers every day and still keep their cool. Ive seen people plop down open boxes on the counter expecting them to ship like that. Everyone who left a 1 star review here should be evaluated for mental deficiencies first.

Went to the post office today to purchase (25) stamps for $7.75 for priority mail. They did not had the stamps for $7.75 and the manager tried to give me stamps of other denominations to match $7.75. The cashier overcharged me but could not give me the refund. So i had to purchase more stamps but at the end they forgot to give me (12) stamps of 5 cents each. They wasted my 45 mins and gave me short stamps and charged me.I am not going to drive 30 mins from my house to pick up the stamps. I think that the service is horrible and people are very irresponsible.

They moved the boxes from curb side for easy drop off. They allow political PACs to distribute propaganda outside. Staff is great though if you dont mind the lines.

This is the first time I had a negative review about this post office. I was sending a package today and I put a postage stamp on the package. She told me I cant do that (fyi. Didnt know and it said postage required.) Instead of telling me politely she just gave me an attitude and embarassed me in front of the other people waiting in line. I will be weary of going to this post office and I might go to another one all together.

I walked in put my packages down he didn’t scan them and then said ok bye and didn’t give a receipt. Tracking said it wasn’t scanned.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Theyre always late with deliveries, and they will use any excuse in the book to delay your delivery. In recent times two of my deliveries were delayed, and one of them was never delivered. They LOST it. When you call them theyre not any help, they keep putting you on hold so that you eventually hang up. This is a terrible office. Everyone should be fired and hired with new staff who can do the job better.

This place is the worst! Nobody is helpful and they do not know their own processes. I have a lost package and have gone to this post office several times, to find out that my package is in fact there but when I want this morning at 11AM, they said it was not. Now, i have to go back if I still dont receive my package - waste of time!

Recently had 4 packages picked up by Aniyah and only 3 got scanned in. The one with insurance thats nice and light was missing. I went years with the normal carrier with no issues and now an expensive package goes missing. Watch out for Aniyah. You will have no recourse and be sent in loops for days while constantly being told its your fault.

Their costumer service at the counter is horrible, those ladies are lazy and never like to help costumers. I suggest if you need help go to the one in South bound brook its only 5 mins away from the middlesex post office. There they are kind and friendly.The african lady white lady and asian lady are nasty to costumers they have attitude priblems.
