It was a pleasure working with knowledgable and pleasant people at PSI. They went above and beyond to make sure my water issue would be fixed. I will definitely return to PSI when their services are needed in the future.

Great company!

While the service was good, the crew was excellent and the office staff was pleasant be cautious of the fine print in their contracts. I believe they are more geared towards large corporate or municipal type jobs. I was just a small residential job and their pricing I felt a bit unreasonable. Ultimately it was my fault because I didnt read the fine print. You should know, they start the clock the minute they leave the shop until they get home. So I have to accept that if they drive slow, stop for coffee, sit in traffic I have to pay for it. Ive never heard of that before but again, I deal with plumbers, electricians, etc in the past and never once paid for driving. Next time, Ill just look for a closer company if that is the standard in this business.
