My car was unfortunately flooded due to Ida, and I was not home to deal with it. Today Mike and his son gave me hope in humanity again. Not only did he treat me with kindness, he was professional, honest with a good moral compass. When I wanted to throw in the towel, because of the lack of decency of other towing companies, Mike came in and reassured me it was going to be okay. Thank you so much. I’m forever grateful. Oh I almost forget!! He did not price his service to take advantage of the situation. His was right on target with the others and my insurance company.
