Carmen helped me trap and move a big groundhog family living under my shed. She made sure they were treated humanely. She was very easy to work with and responsive whenever I messaged her. I highly recommend her. Other companies were asking very unreasonable rates to do the job but Carmen offered me a fair price and did a great job!

Carmen has come out to our house twice now. She treated for yellow jackets in two separate areas. Each time she treated the yellow jackets, we saw no more activity and had no more issues in the spot treated. Shes also very timely in responding to requests for service. I plan to use her for any future pest control needs and I would recommend her to anyone else with a need for pest control services.

Dont judge a book by its cover. Maybe a bit loose with being on time or a bit quirky in how she handles the treatment, but EXCELLENT WORK! Very happy with her service.

Same day appointment, great, I really want this dealt with. Price is reasonable. End of day (1945), she comes up. Oh its by the gutters. Ill have to come back in two days for the right gear, and itll be 50$ extra.She didnt ask where it was, nor confirmed any information other then my address.If youre going to do it the same day, DO IT THE SAME DAY! Now I have to wait til tomorrow to find someone that will actually do the job.

We had a mouse problem and Carmen came out same day put down her traps and bait, in a week the mouse was caught and disposed. Carmen came back a month later for a follow-up and that’s the end of those pesky critters. I highlyrecommend this business they are knowledgeable, responsive and very professional.

I have used this business on several occasions for multiple properties. Regardless the situation, I am confident in Carmens abilities to treat it. I first used Environmina after a tenant left the rental with an infestation of roaches. After one visit, the roaches were gone and the next tenant has yet to report any sightings. Had a bees nest in siding of my house. Environmena came the same day I called (which was a Sunday) and treated the issue. And it was an extremely fair price, compared to other companies I called that perform the same service. The employee whom performed the work was friendly and did a great job. Carmen had availability the next day. Showed up and got rid of our bald-faced hornet nest (up in a tree by the side door) without any fear or complications. She even tore the nest apart to show me what it looked like inside! Its been a few weeks and no trace of them. Easy and uncomplicated, exactly what youd want in an exterminator.

They came within 2 hours of a phone call on a Saturday! Other companies advertise that they are 24/7 but they do not want to cone out on the weekend. I am severally allergic to wasp bites and as soon as I told Carmen she made me a priority. When she arrived she was professional and very honest. She resolved the problem immediately. Every year in the Spring and Summer time we begin to see ants however, this year the ants were out of control. Scheduled a consultation and after the first walk everything seemed good. Once I got the quote, I agreed to the price and wanted to get the service done asap so we scheduled a day for the service. First, we had a time frame of 4 hours when the lady would come and service our house. 2.5 hours in, she called and said she doesnt have the time that day and insisted on rescheduling 3 days from now. We didnt like it but agreed. 3 days later, she arrives on time and is trying to service the outside of our house (we had carpenter bees). After 20 minutes she said she actually cant do it because there is hard to reach areas and she wont be able to reach them. Shouldnt this be noted during the consultation? Very disappointed of the waste of time and lack of professionalism.

Carmen was a delight and very professional. She responded quickly to our initial call and kept in contact even giving us updates on her arrival time. She spent time observing so she had a good sense of how large our yellow jacket nests were and dealt with them efficiently.
