After making arrangements/reservations 2 days in advance for a rental suv while ours was being repaired when we needed to travel for a family obligation there was no SUV vehicle available when we showed up to pick it up and no other car of any kind available unless wait 4 hours and travel to rutland. Many excuses and blame of others but no solution We highly recommend you avoid using this company

Dropped a car here after renting it in Burlington. Everything went smoothly and staff was friendly. Place is a bit out of the way from town so plan your way back. There is a free shuttle that takes about 20 minutes.

Reserved a car online for 12:30. When I arrived the door was locked and the business was on lunch break till 1. Waited until 1, only to find out they wouldn’t rent to me because I didn’t have a credit card. I had my debit card, but they said they needed a utility bill and pay stub to rent to me. After explaining I didn’t have these, but would gladly send them bank statements, phone bill or any information I had, they were still reluctant to help me l. None of the documents required were listed on the website, so to find this out in person after being dropped off and planning a day of errands to run, I was left in a really bad position. Enterprise could have helped me out given the circumstances, but were reluctant to 👎👎👎
