Fred was very nice and took the time to answer my questions. It went a lot quicker than I thought it would.

Needed to do my taxes so bit the bullet going back to H&R Block, I had previously gone here and was not pleased with the service. Customer service lacks, they dont take proper messages to give to your tax person and they even forget to let then know you dropped off paperwork. The prices for doing taxes are outrageous, will be going somewhere else.

Deb, my tax consultant was excellent. There was another tax preparer Steve Marciniak, that I thought was very intrusive and rude, if it was not for Deb I would not return. Mr. Marciniak offended me to a point that it disrupted my day and I thought about voicing a complaint.
