Rebecca was super nice when I called for a quote and I booked an appointment. Pricing was good (I had called 3 other places). Dave showed up within the planned 2 hour window and was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and helped me understand the behaviours of the hornets nesting. He got it done and was very effective as the hornet activity stopped within hours.

I called Franklin Pest because we had family coming into town and some wasps we needed to get rid of before they arrived. They were very responsive and came that day! The technician was quick and professional. He explained what he was doing, what he was spraying, safety for people and pets, everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend.

They were prompt and thorough. Brian, the exterminator who provided the service, was very clear in explaining what sort of follow-up we should do after the chemicals were distributed. The interior and exterior areas of my home were treated, and we began to see results within 1 day.

I’ve used Franklin Pest Control for many years snd have been very pleased with their service providing us with bug and rodent free home. When I need them other than a regular service call they are able to accommodate me with time to meet my needs. Our pest and rodent issues are taken care of and that gives me peace of mind.

I just used this company yesterday, so I can’t really say if it was effective or not, but I am hopeful. I called in the morning because my son had bees in his house. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze us in. There was a miscommunication between the office and the serviceman (Henry) which resulted in me not being called to let them in the house. Once that was resolved, Henry came back later in the day and did the full application. He was very professional and did a great job. I think the communication situation resulted from being a last minute appointment but I’m glad it was resolved.

I have used them for 15 years. They have always been great except for this past year. It was the first year that we had mice. Additionally whenever someone came to our summer home they always left a receipt to show they had been there. This didn’t happen this year even when I called to request this. Nor was a receipt emailed to me when I requested it. I hope the service improves to where it use to be. Prior to this year they would have been a 5 star.

I called Franklin Pest Control to come out and do an estimate to eliminate wasps. They set a time for the next day, never showed, never called, and then I get a text asking me to rate my service...what service??? Hatfield came out and estimated the job the same day I called them and returned three days later to perform the work scheduled !

Franklin Pest provides fabulous service. We have their Healthy Home Protection Which does quarterly treatments and if a bug dares show up in between they happily come and retreat the house. The technician is so nice Thank you

So many of the termite inspection companies will tell you you need treatment when what theyre looking at is very old damage. Franklin Pest, twice now, has told me I didnt need treatment when other companies said I did. Seems strange to me in this day and age that a company would care enough to tell the truth instead of just take your money.

We had Karl come out for an inspection. I swear I heard a critter in our attic. He went upstairs and looked around but no sign of anything. But he did advise us that now is the time they are trying to get inside for colder months.Cant say enough about how pleased we were with his professionalism.

I was very disappointed with my most recent two experiences with Franklin. I had them come twice this year for an ant problem and they no longer seem to have the expertise to find the root of the problem and actually fix it, although they still charge a premium rate. There was also pressure to sign up for their recurring service, which is not what I want - I just want the ants gone. This shouldnt require quarterly treatment. I used them in the past for ant problems at two different houses and they were great - the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and took care of the problem by finding and getting rid of the main nest (as they say they will on their website). But not anymore! Working with them this year is like working with a completely different company. I sadly do not recommend them any more. I tried to talk to a manager and still have not heard back. Ive paid close to $400 this year for their services and they still didnt fix the problem (they did also spray for some wasps outside and that was fine, but the ants are still here).

I had the tech come out a second time because ant problem wasn’t improved after the first visit. He put about 4 dabs of gel down and said I was supposed to be good. It didn’t change anything after a week. I applied drione dust that I purchased and it was fixed in one application and has been fine for a month now. I also didn’t like that the tech didn’t wear a mask in my home.

Very satisfied. One day response to my request for help with a yellow jacket nest near my pool. The technician was on time and called me 15 minutes prior to arrival. He seemed very professional and friendly. Have used this company before and will do so again.

Mark was so through. He took the time to make sure that any trouble spots were addressed and stuck around to make sure his ground bee treatment was sufficient to get rid of them. I feel very comfortable knowing that all is well (at least for now) bug wise on my property.

We have lots of mosquitos in our yard because of the surrounding woods. We have our yard sprayed every spring through fall so we can be outside without getting attacked by mosquitos. A few years ago we were using a different company to spray that cost 3 times as much as Franklin! I am so happy we found Franklin. They do an amazing job and their employees are friendly and professional! I highly recommend them.

The technician did a good job of spraying where bees & wasps were coming from and might come from in the future. But he missed his 1pm - 3pm window by over 30 minutes. I barely had enough time to make another appointment I had. Other than that, met expectations.

Timely, professional, and nice

They have done a pretty good job in the past but we were having trouble with mice and when the exterminator came to the property he entered my house WITHOUT a mask on during this pandemic. I was so shocked that I didn’t know what to say. I probably should’ve said some thing but I was just in such an awkward position. I stayed far away from him let him do his job and then sterilized my house as much as I could. Completely unbelievable to me that Mgmt. would not be very strict on guidelines in terms of safety of their employees and customers. I Do not recommend this company.

Our home backs up to a wooded area so we’ve seen carpenter ants, sugar ants, stink bugs, and termites. Franklin helps them to stay in the woods and away from the house. They do arrive in their time frame, but could work a little more when it comes to communication (booked an appointment on a Saturday via phone, it was moved to a Tuesday and I was only notified via email). Great service, nice technicians, most techs I’ve had really know their stuff.

The young man who services my house has been amazing! He always asks Are there any other concerns? We had seen a bee in an umbrella pole on my deck, and he took the time during his routine service to take my concern seriously and found the bees there and did something about it. He also follows up to ask if old concerns were resolved. Hes wonderful!A different young man came out today and not only did he plant special bate for the mouse and ways to track how many there may be, he took iniative to find the opening outside where they likely come in and told me a simple way to seal it!

They have been absolutely WONDERFUL! We bought a home in the woods on 3 acres 2 years ago. The bugs were out of control especially the wasps! We called Franklin/Rose Pest control and we haven’t looked back since. We haven’t seen a single wasp nest or even spider in our home in 2 years. No issues with ants or anything else. The employees are wonderful and go above and beyond. My two son’s love them because they play with them through the windows while they spray and de-web. I recommend them to anyone I know.

I have asked them to call me before they come out, and most of the time they dont. Theyve put my account on auto pay without asking. And when I asked them to not treat my summer home until Spring, they did anyway and paid themselves on my credit card. They said they would credit me, but never said they were sorry. Years ago one of there technicians decided to use one of my toilets. It couldnt be flushed since I turn the water off when Im not there. That was pretty disgusting. (They did apologize that time!) Other than that, they stopped my carpenter ant problem, and there is no smell to their treatments.

My business had a significant problem that I had not be able to eliminate during 6 months of labor intensive treatment with professional grade chemicals.Franklin all but eliminated our problem in 6 weeks with significant improvement after the first treatment. By week 3 sightings were rare. At week 6 (3rd treatment) I was able to rest easy knowing the problem was all but eliminated. Based on personal experience, dont bother shopping around or waiting. Everyone else that I spoke with was overpriced and required a steep price on lengthy contract. My problem only escalated.Franklin is very affordable, professional, and obviously skilled. Even with coaching from former Industry professionals my technique and best effort fell short.Sounds like a commercial but this is real. Call Franklin today if you have a problem.Curt
