FedEx is a joke. Me and my husband were both home. Doorbell never rang. Paid extra for overnight delivery. Still got a door tag. Attempted to contact FedEx and this office. It redirects my call to someone from India who got an attitude on the phone with me when I tried to get this number to this location. She told me I can’t have it. UPS or even USPS is exceptionally better. This is ridiculous

Michigan city location and south bend location just awful customer service. My company has an account but I still get the run around about who I need to talk to. Constant run around

FedEx delivered a package to my door that had someone else’s address clearly listed on it in two places. I could NOT contact FedEx at all, chat or phone. I wish I had more than two thumbs so I could point them all down.

I called ahead of time to ensure i can pick up my package. When I arrived at the location, I was told that I have to wait for my delivery date, they are not going to waste time going through hundreds of packages to find mine. I understand that but why would they tell me I can pick it up and then say something different when I arrive? I drove 40 minutes one way to collect this package. So annoyed right now
FedEx sucks, can only get automated voice help when calling. UPS is much better.

I was at work, expecting a delivery. I was the only one at the facility so I left the front door propped open for the delivery to be left on the counter just inside the door. I was in the back of the warehouse taking care of other business. I checked on the counter after lunch and no package. I looked up the tracking number and it was attempted to be delivered but the note said the business was closed. No, it wasnt. The door was wide open, I was in the back of the shop and no attempt was made. Now theyre trying to make it right by delivering the package by 2PM. I leave at 3:30. Well see. Its going to be too late to complete the project I need it for but we shall see. Fail FedEx.
Never had any issues with them. Packages are always on time and in good shape. Would have given 5 stars if it werent for inaccurate pickup times at FedEx office. Im told driver isnt back yet. So now I have to wait an hour more? Even after following orders to go there after 5 for pickups.
Fed ex is terrible. Consistent troubles. My iPhone delivery was not only delayed because they chose not to deliver but now the tracking info states ‘pending’ still on the truck for delivery from Friday at 11:27. Please consider using USPS or UPS....they’re much more reliable

Unbelievably poor service from the Agent at the Michigan City location and the Manager Will. After multiple calls and lying to me Will wont even take ownership of the issue with his agents and the drivers. I was told the driver was too far out of the area and the driver was between 20-30 minutes away. I called multiple times and the driver tried to deliver to my back door not my front door. I was home all day and on vacation, now I need to come up with a different way to get my package. The worst part is WILL himself lied and took ZERO ownership of the problem. His tone was like I was bothering him and he made no attempt to make it right. I asked for a personal call when the driver checked back in and he said, Ill have one of my agents do it. and I said, no i want YOU to call me, he said No, I want to make sure you get called. Well what better way to make sure I get called then to call me yourself? LIARS, USELESS SERVICE, USE UPS next time!
Driver did not attempt to deliver my package by ringing door bell or knocking on door only put unable to deliver door tag on the outside of my apartment complex. The door to the complex is open at all times. Since he didnt have the decency to even attempt to walk in it shows you that fed ex drivers dont care about customers or their packages. I took off of work expecting my package to be delivered to me. The driver the previous day at least was smart enough to walk in the complex. And was able to put door tag on my door. I know he attempted to deliver it. FedEx figure it out and get qualified drivers I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE Ive ever had, seriously the worst choice for shipping a package. In fact, Im going as far as to call this a complete scam of a business, so if you like getting taken advantage of, being over charged, and dealing with a company that completely fails to complete the job on all levels...then I recommend choosing fedex.Otherwise, go somewhere else!!!

Drive 45 minutes up here to have package given to me. Walk in and immediately get stopped. Im closed for lunch, sir. In a rude condescending manner. No where on this packing slip does it say they are closed for lunch. I guess Ill just wait 30 minutes here while the same person is walking around the parking lot doing nothing. Im all for breaks but you cant be the only person working here.

I am a individual the does a lot of internet sales. I use FedEx because their Local people here and at the hub are great. I have never had a claim for damage in many years with them. Since I signed up for internet labeling and a FedEx account I get impeccable information and the site will not let me enter a unrecognized address( Read that as my mistake). They bend over backward to deliver at my command. That is also a feature of internet account. If you read the bad reviews you can also read in that they were mad for no other reason than not knowing. If they had a internet account they would have all the information on their cell phone and could act on it accordingly. There is always going to be a package somewhere that will take an extra day to deliver. Their pricing is the LOWEST of all shippers for larger/heavier items. This is NOT the post office.

I had a priority package that was supposed to be delivered today at 12 it was a live delivery I called the Fed ex number and first they tried to tell me that it was due to storms in Memphis but it has been in Michigan city since before 9 o’clock this morning when I asked them to please find out where the package was they hung up on me so I called again and they hung up on me yet again so I guess this is the way that FedEx handles customer service if they don’t like the questions you’re asking they hang up on you.
