Losing loved ones is not easy, but the funeral directors were very helpful and accommodating to work with. From the time they came to the house, planning the funeral, during the funeral, and even weeks after, they kept in touch with great communication to help us transition to life without our dad. We cannot thank them enough for the help and comfort we received during this time.

I worked with Megan on the arrangements for my dads funeral in May. SHe was professional, kind and patient with my mom. Everything was smooth and professional. Dennis was present for the evening visitation and was wonderful as well. They certainly made a most difficult time a little easier to bear. Top notch for sure. Thank you for everything.

The staff of this funeral home are totally top notch. Even during covid (at risk to their employees) they went the extra mile to accommodate showing Dad at our church. They were kind and considerate. Dad was my Best Friend, first parent to lose. Dad had just passed with me holding his hand. I told Mom which was another pain I’d never had to experience !!After a few min.s I called Hospice as I had been advised to do and was told they’d be contacting the nurse. Knowing that this might take some time, I went ahead and contacted Geisen-Carlisle to get the arrangements started because I didn’t want Mom to have to see Dad lying there any longer than need be.Upon making the call the funeral home put everything into motion. I spoke with Megan who was very personally caring about our loss, most professional, obtained the information she needed and advised they would be there shortly.I’m not sure how long it took but it wasn’t long before she and her partner arrived. Upon their arrival I was treated with the utmost respect, asked how my Mother was and where Dad was.Megan spoke with Mom once inside, Mom was taken to another room by her friend from Church and my Dad was very respectfully taken to their vehicle.We then set a time to come in and make the arrangements. At the arrangement meeting we were treated with the utmost respect,, kindness and to my surprise somewhat no pressure !! Megan took care of everything after that, we didn’t have to do anything else. Since Dads funeral we’ve been contacted to check on our well-being to see if they could help in anyway.I do recommend and will be using Geisen-Carlisle again when needed.James M. Chamberlain

2020 was a most difficult year for all of us. Mine was compounded by the passing of both of my parents first in April then in November.
