My family went on the 10:00 am cruise with the Park Ranger. I highly recommend this for families. The Park Ranger provides an educational, enjoyable experience for all. The bar is also open for adults. The kids have a chance to drive the boat! A unique experience! Also a great way to view the dunes!

Awesome opportunity for adventure right in our backyard! Took sunset cruise that was a special event to see fireworks on the lakefront at Dunes. Front-row seats to the show, fabulous customer service, great boat with all the amenities you need! So much fun and great pic opportunities!!

Took the cruise with a park ranger and it so much fun! There were activities for the kids, chances to meet the captain, and even drive the boat! The Ranger had some great information, and a true passion for the dunes!

This is a great adventure! Do the Ranger tour, very informative ! It was very enjoyable. Was not crowed the first week in September on a Friday morning.

Had a wonderful time on the sunset cruise with my spouse. The entertainment (guitar) was fantastic and played every single request!

We booked a sunset cruise for our family and it was canceled due to the waves being too high. We booked again for a tour the next day and it was canceled as well. We were told we would be issued a full refund but we have not yet received a refund, even after calling them and being told they would work on it. Update: The owner contacted us and we received a full refund. Would love to try to do a tour in the future if we are ever in the area again!

My teenage son and I were in town for a weekend. We stopped by this business and rented a jetski. Super nice staff and owner. The condition of jetski was top notch and operated flawlessly. We had an amazing time on the lake creating new memories. We will definitely do this again when we are in the area.

The place is a bit hard to find but totally worth it. We rented a wave runner for 1 hr at $120 and we had access to the whole lake Michigan. Definitely will be back

On June 5th me and a group of my friends went to Washington Beach and were having a great day! We decided it would be fun to rent a jet ski because non of us have ever been on one and we were so excited! It’s was a long online process to sign Waivers for all four of us it took about an hour to do so! So we finally went to go get on the jet skis they were acting weird when giving us our life jackets, so then the guy walks away and comes back laughing telling me I’m to fat to ride with another passenger😞😞 He embarrass me in front of my hole group of friends, I’ve never been more mortified in my entire life!!! Tears start running down my face and he continue to laugh at me!! I asked for the manager he said he went home.... as soon as I got a little loud with the guy the Manager charged at me and my friends like we were doing something wrong, and told us speak to be quiet! They did give me a refund but didn’t offer anything to make anything better, One apologize it was the worst situation ever! Please save your money and go to a different company!! So ur day is ruined like our was!! This is something that will stick with me for a long time🥲🥲🥲

Great experience riding with the park rangers. Views are worth the cost and the kids get to have some time with the history of the dunes from the park rangers.

Group of one, rented a combo kayak/SUP for 2 hours. They gave me a dry bag for my valuables and answered all the questions I threw at them. The equipment was in excellent condition and easy for a beginner like me to handle, even on a windy day on Lake Michigan. Overall very helpful people and tons of fun for a great price.

Took the 90 minute classic tour. The tour guide Bella gave some interesting information but also let us just enjoy the ride in peace. The captain let the kids steer the boat for a bit! On the way back we stood at the front of the boat and got splashed by the waves! Just an all around good family time!!!

The boat captain (Jan) was wonderful! She was friendly and professional. The rest of the crew were great, too! It was an entertaining, relaxing and informative tour. We would recommend it highly!

Harbor Country Adventures has amazing boating rides ranging from cruises to thrill rides. They also offer jet ski and kayak rentals.Vick(the owner) and Jacob are incredible people! I highly recommend HCA for anyone wanting a quality boating experience!!

Had a friend in town from Little Rock thought this would be fun. 7 of us purchased tickets 2 weeks a head of time. We called 2 days before to make sure everything was still on. The day of they called us 30 minutes before and told us the tour was canceled because of large waves. I found it a little peculiar that waves would be the reason when I live less than a mile away and there was absolutely no wind. We drove to Washington park, New buffalo, and silver beach. There were no waves anywhere. I also thought it was odd they just said we would get our money back and didnt offer to reschedule. Cut to a week later I still hadnt gotten a refund. I called and they said I was right and they didnt know how it got over looked but that they fixed it. That was yesterday, still nothing in my account or pending.

The sunset tour was so relaxing! Amazing views and really nice live music the entire two hours. When we went, the closest bridge was closed due a crazy accident (someone basically tried to jump it as it was opening), and the owner explained that he was going to wait a little longer to depart to make sure everyone made it and said the crew was calling people to give alternate directions. Really went above and beyond.

I found this on a whim and am so glad I did. Once on the water, we were approached and asked if my kids wanted to drive the boat. The amount of time the captain took to explain the gadgets to my kids was amazing. They haven’t stopped talking about the boat ride and how they got to drive the boat.Thank you for making our trip amazing.
