My girlfriends grandmother lives there and they take a long time to get all the yards mowed ( I hear they only have 1 maintenance person), they charge for every service..cable, telephone, utilities...my girlfriend says her grandmother pays quite a lot of money for a 2 bedroom kitchenette with a 1 car garage. Yes they have a little backyard patio for a couple of people to sit outside but nothing special. You share a driveway with your next door neighbor. Carpet comes from China, you get inspected every month to make sure you keep the place clean.
