TLDR; This company says all the right things when you first meet them, but they fall short on the follow through. Once they get paid, they pretty much disappear, so make sure everything is 100% before you write the check.At first meeting, Bob seemed like exactly the kind of person I wanted to work with on my deck project. But once the work started, it quickly went downhill. To my surprise, only one person was sent to tear out and rebuild my deck. I was originally told that the entire project would take about 5 days, but this poor guy worked his butt off for a whopping 4 hours a day at most and managed to take nearly 3 weeks from start to finish. Repeated comments to Bob regarding the pace of the build seemed to fall on deaf ears. On several occasions, the build had to be corrected to conform to the agreed upon plans. A small piece of adjoining fence with a gate had to be rebuild twice due to quality issues. The deck was completed mid-autumn and the finished product seemed pretty good after all was said and done.The following spring, I found a large amount of mold growing on one side of the deck. It appeared to me that the siding was built too close to the ground, which created the issue. After some back and forth with Bob, we agreed that it shouldnt have been built that way. Bob and I both recalled part of our initial conversation where he explained that exact thing and my agreement, so why the builder decided to construct it that way is a mystery. Bob sent someone to attempt to power wash it but had no luck. I was then told that they would replace the boards, this time keeping space above the ground and between the boards for proper airflow. Bob indicated that it would be several weeks before they could complete the work, which was acceptable.In the meantime, I removed the moldy boards myself. I discovered that the boards were not just close to the ground, but on the back side the boards were actually buried several inches deep, which was likely the biggest cause of the mold growth. This was April. Its now almost Halloween and Ive long since given up on ever seeing or hearing from these guys again.Bob told me several times that hes never had a dissatisfied customer. Hes got one now.

Good service, owner personally involved. They got all the permits and extended my deck and it looks great!

Once they have your money they vanish. It took months to complete a job that could have been done in a day. They wanted to argue about getting paid before the job was completed. Total nightmare to deal with. I had to pay someone else to repair their poor workmanship.

Brian and Ryan were skilled fence builders. They showed up on time and performed exceptional craftsmanship to build our hybrid fence. We would recommend this company and those two hardworking men for your installation anytime. PS they deserve a bonus for busting the rocks in this yard.

Ray came to my house unannounced (I assume after I filled out a lead on home advisor) and took a look at my deck. He was very thorough in his measurements and clearly very knowledgeable about decks. My concern was the price he quoted. Quoted me $12,000 to redo my deck— second quote I got was half that. I am not saying don’t hire the guys, but I would encourage you to have other estimates in hand to keep them honest about their pricing.

I recently had my deck cleaned and stained and they did a wonderful job. They also replaced my top railing of my deck with composite wood and it looks just like the original deck floor. My deck was rebuilt on its original footprint which included many irregular angles after tree. It draws rave reviews from all who come to my home, partially because of the open hog rail fencing which makes it so open to the woods. Eric completed enough for friends to see it before a Feb party. I had a iron fence put in my driveway to keep my dog in the yard and the fence turned out terrific. It has been a few months and I noticed a very small issue with the fence, a piece had come loose. I know nothing about fences, so I called Bob and within a few days he had one of his team come out and he fixed it in minutes. These guys have been great with everything, I am pretty OCD and they impressed me. The price was fair and the work was terrific. I called several places and these guys are the best. Thank you again! Paid to have my old stain removed and new stain applied. First time they came they did not remove enough of the old stain and so the new stuff chipped off within a month. They were good enough to try again after I complained but the second time was only slightly better it is evident it will again be chipping off any day now as the old stain is lifting in parts because there was to much old stain left underneath the new. Additionally when they came the second time the stain was a slightly different shade/color and they did not redo everything so now I have two different shades of the color on my deck. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid.

I was very happy with my 6ft privacy fence installed on March 1st 2019. This is your company. These guys are friendly, hard workers and take pride in their work. I called and requested an estimate on fixing deck, power washing and putting up a fence. I called a week later because I had not heard. The lady on the phone was very rude and said she emailed me the estimate (which I did not get) and I asked how they knew what to do because we didnt know anyone showed up. She said he knew what to do from our conversation. I asked why the tone and she said she took 83 estimates this weekend and wasnt interested in my business and hung up the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

They stained my fence that was 3 yrs old and awful looking. Looks like brand new cedar now. Thanks guys Ill recommend you to everyone!

I asked them to look at a deck project completed by another company, where one side of the stairs was sinking into the ground on a two story deck. Weve played phone tag back and forth for quite some time, due to my busy work schedule and multiple travels on our end. I spoke with a lady at the office prior to one of our trips, and she stated the owner/another gentleman would look at the project that following week while we were out of town. I called and spoke with him later and he claims he looked at the project while we were home and since we didnt answer the door when he rang so he felt disrespected. I was unaware of any of this, and Ive reviewed footage from our home security cameras, in which he is seen inspecting the deck WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN. To start a conversation accusing without reason and being rude to potential customers who just need help is beyond me. I would never recommend them based on this experience.
