Best environment Ive ever worked in and everyone treats you like a person rather than act like nothing you do can be good enough or treat you like your company property. The owners are truly a honest and understanding group of people that have made me feel right at home and for once I can say my hard work hasnt gone unnoticed which makes me want to learn and do the best I can at all times. Honestly for once I can say I enjoy a hard days work only because they make me feel like Im making a difference and working towards something. If the wages went up i have no doubt Id stay for the long haul and stick it out but it makes a huge difference when the work you do is fair compared to your wages and they just make working more than just work because I feel like Im appreciated and treated with respect and dignity that Ive rarely seen in any other place Ive worked for. I wish words could do justice to the respect and care that I now have for my bosses and coworkers! You guys all deserve some recognition to say the least and thank you all for making me feel like a part of the team!
