She listened to everything that I wanted and was very conscious of our budget too! She actually ended picking out THE dress and one of the best parts was that she picked it off the clearance rack! I couldn’t be happier with the dress, it makes me feel like an absolute princess 🥰

Everyone here was so helpful and very respectful! We had a great experience and all of my girls felt like they mattered and were just as important! It goes to show the respectful as one of my girls tried on 12 dresses before we found the right material, color, and style and the sales rep never complained or made it seem like we were an annoyance! Absolute WORST place ever!! I booked my bridal appointment 2 weeks ago and scheduled it for 1:30 PM. When I scheduled my appointment I told the girl on the phone that I wasnt sure if we would get there right at 1:30 because the bridesmaids would be coming from all locations to meet. The associate said that was perfectly fine since they also take walk ins. Fast forward to the day of. I called at 1:30 and said that we were running late like I thought we would be and the associate said that was fine. We got there at 2PM. Waited for someone to work with us. Then at 2:30 the manager comes to us and says that they cant get us in now because theres no dressing rooms. Uhmm..?! We were supposed to have our room reserved for 1.5 hours. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! This was my first time ever going dress shopping and Im honestly afraid to even look anymore because of this experience and dealing with such a rude manager. Honestly shocked how Davids Bridal has her there representing their store.

My entire experience with this location was great! The staff were always so friendly and helpful! All of my dresses came in before their date and I was able to get my dress fully altered and ready before my wedding ( I went and picked it out a little later than they suggest you do).

Im a plus sized/full figured woman so I was so nervous about being able to find a dress and trying it on in front of others. The manager asked me a few questions about my preferences and she worked her magic. I absolutely fell in love with my dress and the moment i saw myself my anxiety disappeared. They really do love what they do and theyre good at it! I felt absolutely beautiful in my dress, and they offer a variety of ways to pay off your dress so it works with your budget!

I came to the shop with a dress idea, and the styist Ashton found some wonderful alternatives. She was knowledgeable down to the material of each dress and how it might fit. I was a little anxious about going wedding dress shopping, but we had so much fun! It was so wonderful to encourage other brides and receive encouragement in return. I went into the appointment having a vague idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress. Claudia was AMAZING! She took my few ideas and found me so many dresses that it was hard to choose! I had no plans to purchase a dress on my first day shopping but she found me my dream dress!

The staff could not have been friendlier! The sizing was easy, they knew exactly where everything was and didn’t push at all- it was all about letting me make my decision and only giving me input where I asked. They were very sweet to my 9 year old daughter as well. The entire process was simple and fun!

Fantastic experience. We came at a quieter time and found an assistant who became our best friend during the appointment. She gave us space, let us choose gowns, and came in with awesome advice and suggestions and a few more beautiful dresses. I expected the experience to feel less personalized than a higher-end bridal boutique, but I was wrong. Catherine looked out for us and made the experience comfortable and even fun. She helped me find the perfect gown! I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience finding a bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses at David’s Bridal! The consultants are very nice, welcoming, and make you feel beautiful in everything you try on. I visited David’s Bridal by the Dayton Mall today to “look” for a mother of the bride dress. I do not like dresses and even told my daughter that I would look but I was sure I would not fine one. I am on the shorter side and a plus size. When I was greeted I shared my concerns. The greeter said we will have something for you. I felt she was genuine and believed what she said . Anyway, here comes Claudia! Claudia was always positive, encouraging and listened to what features in a dress I was looking for. I tried on several dresses in a relatively short time. Got the perfect dress for me! Beautiful color, just the right amount of detail, A line, the most figure flattering and all I need that is needed is hemming! I initially dreaded going there as I was sure they wouldn’t have anything for me. When I left I had a smile on my face and loved the dress. The price was so reasonable, just can’t believe it! Thank you so much Miss Claudia. I love your positive, encouraging attitude. When I was leaving the owner, Mike, was at the door. I shared with him my experience and how wonderful Claudia and the greeter was. He really listened and cared that the experience was a good one as he wants that for everyone. David’s Bridal has the right dress for any body type. I will return and recommend them to everyone in need of formal attire.

The selection for dresses was slim, not much help from the staff. The store was extremely busy and they only seemed to be concerned about being you into a dressing room and out instead of finding the right dress. The lady that helped us with shoes was very nice! The parking lot was a disaster and not made for larger vehicles.

Shelby was so helpful and fun while finding the dresses for my bridesmaids! She is so friendly and meshed with our group so well! We quickly found dresses that my girls loved and Shelby was definitely a part of our success. They even had my dress on display for us to stand next to. All around a successful day!

This is the best David’s I’ve been to. The store is organized, clean, merchandise is easy to find and employees are actually friendly, professional and attentive! And the manager even stopped by to offer some accessory and alteration suggestions. I like that everyone was attentive but they don’t hover and make you uncomfortable and they don’t pressure you into buying things. It’s like shopping with friends.

We just had the most fabulously great time at David’s Bridal in Miamisburg, OH. We walked in looking for a reception dress and left with a shower dress and ordered a mother’s dress too. Our Bridal consultant was Becky. She was so helpful and patient with us. Beautiful gowns and lots of accessories and shoe options.

I was so impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at the Davids Bridal in Prestige Plaza. First, I worked with Shanica on the final fitting for my mother-of-the-bride dress. She was tireless in fine tuning the fit of the dress. Then I worked with Annette while considering another dress. When my undergarment didnt seem correct to her, she pursued getting me in the correct size in order to maximize the fit of the dress. She called in the manager, Graci, who did measurement and determined that Annettes good eye caught a problem that was easily fixed. A recheck on my mother-of- the-bride dress with the corrected undergarment resulted in my complete satisfaction with the dress and the quality of support I experienced at Davids Bridal. Great job, Ladies!!

I had the best experience finding the perfect dress for my wedding day. Megan was so helpful and sweet. She picked out a few dresses for me to try on and I actually ended up saying yes to the dress thanks to her! She even picked out the most beautiful veil for me. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! :)

I purchased my dream dress on 6/19 and was very pleased with my experience. Arie helped tremendously, asking all the right questions and making me feel very comfortable the entire time. I had such a great experience purchasing my dress. My stylist was warm and welcoming from the get go and did what she could to help me find the perfect dress. I had a far better experience here than at several other “bridal boutiques.” Almost didn’t go to David’s but am so glad I did.

The lady doing the alterations told me she could not help me fix my dress she was very polite and didn’t make me feel bad about my dress not fitting anymore. The girls behind the counter when I asking about another dress were very rude I stood up there for five minutes while they were staring at a paper no one acknowledged I was even at the counter I asked one of them to check to see if the dress was on sale she said oh no that tag was from another dress she then proceeded to look up the dress and found out the dress was actually on saleI will be buying another dress but it just won’t be from David’s bridal

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with alterations made to my bridesmaid dress. When I came to pick up my dress the top was still to large. A huge gap was left between the chest and arm pit. Staff refused to fix said because I was a size 2 and my bust was small. However I had double cups sewed in to fill breast area of my dress. I was told to use skin tape to tape it down. I am the maid of honor in my little sisters dream wedding and now have to pay to have another seamstress alter my dress!!! Alteration staff was very unprofessional I would not recommend a bride or bridesmaid to have alterations in store!!

David’s Bridal has the best staff. I’ve been in there twice for a bridal consultation and they made the process so easy and enjoyable. This second trip I had Claudia and she was so sweet and patient. And she was the lucky person to help me find my wedding dress. With the help of her and her wonderful manager I finally have my dress for my big day. I want to say thank you to all the staff there. They are amazing and no matter who you get they will make the visit enjoyable.

I had an AMAZING experience finding my mother of the bride dress with the sales manager Aileen Wada!! She was real, super friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. Like taking your best friend to do try one. Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend her and trust her with finding THE DRESS!

My friend and I were a bit late on getting dresses, (gotten our dresses April 11 when the wedding is on May 1 of the same year) and Catherine did an amazing job on finding us what we needed! Very comfortable to work with and great at finding things that were what we liked and still different. We were able to buy our dresses the same day, we are getting them altered else where due to living out of town, we stayed a bit longer than expected but still loved it!The store it self is very clean and has a good selection of bridesmaids and wedding dress selections! Nice dresses for good prices! Catherine did amazing at finding my dress and making sure it was in perfect condition since it was on the sales rack.My friend made the decision to come to this store and company again when she will have her wedding!

I had a great experience at David’s Bridal in Dayton picking out my wedding dress! Claudia was amazing. I never once felt rushed and felt comfortable with the entire process start to finish. I was able to pick out/try on 5-6 dresses including 2 that she had picked out as well. Within the hour, I had found the one and rang the bell.My only suggestion for the location itself is to purchase new “I Found The One” signs. The hearts looked like they have been chewed on by toddlers, and it wasn’t just the one I was holding. Not very flattering for a bride & her family to be taking pictures with.

I generally love Davids Bridal. But today was just terrible. The woman who was helping us, was also helping at least 2 others as well, we rarely saw her because of how busy she was. We were there prom dress shopping and since the dress wasnt in my daughters size (not a clearance gown) she was trying to call other stores to check their availability. But people kept coming up to check out and she couldnt get a break. I in no way blame her and I do not dislike DB, but today was chaotic for every person there. 30 minutes for any occasion is just not enough :( I felt so bad for the poor woman who was trying to help us.

The staff went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. It was a last-minute spur of the moment thing and they got it done before the event. I would definitely recommend them for the next formal event that you would attend.

I went here to shop for my prom dress and my stylist Antoinette was the best! She was so helpful and really listened to what I loved and didnt love about the dresses I tried on. I ended up finding a beautiful dress and it was by far the least stressful shopping experience Ive ever had.

A young friend is getting married. She was trying her gown after alterations. There seemed to be a good bit of confusion, but my girl was lovely and happy.

Susanna was AMAZING!! I shared/showed her the look that I was thinking of, and she pulled a few gowns and found what I was thinking and pulled in the alterations department to help me figure out how to change the dress to exactly what I wanted! She was very kind and patient and made the experience better than I expected! In the following months they pieced the two dresses together and were so patient and detailed oriented with the entire dress! They worked so hard, made the dress way better then I could have ever imagined and they also made each time I went in so fun and enjoyable! There were so many smiles throughout each appointment! I cannot thank them enough!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a wedding 3 days after which of course put us in a tight spot. We walked in and Becky exceeded our expectations! We browsed around while we waited and had a few options. Once Becky made her way to us, she got the feel for our bride and picked some stunning options. We actually ended up with one of her suggestions! 10/10 would recommend 1000 times over. We are actually going back in a month for another one of sisters weddings and requested Becky! Thank you so much Becky!! We can’t wait for our next appointment!

I really love the wide selection of bridesmaids dresses David’s bridal offers, I also really love that they give you the freedom when look for bridesmaids dresses to shop around and pick out styles without constantly hounding you. You can pull any dresses you want, they also have shoes and flower girl dresses, just anything really you need for your big day which makes it so wonderful! I’ve been to this location probably 4 times so far and have several more trips, as each bridesmaids of mine is wearing a different style dress and color but each time it’s been very nice going here.

I walked in to find some I walked in to find some shoes and jewelery for a formal event. The red head at the front desk was very helpful answering my questions and showing me to the appropriate section of the store. The store was very clean and organized so I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed. Ashley helped me get the right sizes for all of the shoes I tried on. She was very patient and helped me pick out shoes that matched my dress beautifully. Overall Im very pleased with the ladies at this store. Keep up the good work!

Had a bridal appointment with Alisha on 2/3/21 at Dayton. We ran over our hour appointment time, her other appointment came in. She often checked on us even while serving the other party. She was very helpful. There were other staff members there but they did not offer to assist when we began looking at bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses.Alisha is awesome and very helpful, wish the rest of the staff offered a hand!

My go-to spot for all the bridesmaid dresses I need! Each time Ashton has been ready to pull as many dresses as I need or want and she knows every detail about every dress perfectly! When I like one feature of a dress but not another she knows what dress to grab next! I have come away with 3 perfect dresses and I am sure I will be back for more!

What started as a negative experience, was righted by management.I was lucky to find a dress on clearance but needed a larger size. The Davids Bridal staff told me they would order one size larger (after measuring me).I went for my alteration today and the larger size did not fit. There was not another larger size available. The dress has to be altered with a corset, while removing the zipper.I was upset after being charged for the alterations for adding the corset.I called the manager and she completely understood why I was upset and waived the cost of the corset alterations. She offered another dress but I declined. I was only left to pay for the hemming of the dress- which I totally agreed to.I appreciate the resolution of the issue, but am disappointed with initial error.

Shelby helped me out so much!! I absolutely love my dress, but the way that she was able to help me envision accessories/attachments/ customization with it truly took my breath away. She made me feel so welcome, comfortable and CONFIDENT.
