I just changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. For the past week my AC doesnt work at all, it is just blowing around hot air. So, this means my electric bill is going to skyrocket from it running hours and hours on end for days. To coordinate with these people is horrible, it is going to cost me money because I wont be able to do my second job for two days. I would love to have these people put into an internment camp.

In the spring of 2021 we had a problem with our furnace. We discussed repair cost vs replacement of our furnace and decided longterm replacement was a better option. Our Ac unit was very old so we decided to have both systems replaced. The technician was very thorough and competent, explaining what he was doing. Once both our furnace and AC were replaced, along with our thermostat, there was a problem getting the systems to work correctly. The owner of Bentleys came out and said the.problem was the new thermostat. He approved a more expensive, high tech thermostat and told us there would be no extra cost. He even threw and extra year of free maintenance checkups at no cost. The service tech came back the following day to be sure everything was wowell, which it was. Our gas and electric costs have been reduced quite a bit as well. We highly recommend Bentleys for high quality, personal HVAC service and repair.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Bentleys. Our AC went out the day after we got home from vacation. Every person I dealt with at Bentleys was amazing and exceeded all and any expectations. The office was able to get us scheduled quickly- (much quicker than anywhere else) Our technician showed up on time and called ahead to make sure we were home and ready. Once he got here, He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed our issue very quickly and accurately. Brett has us back up and cooling in about 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the entire experience, and will be a lifetime customer from here on out.

My blower went out on my furnace. My furnace was so old it needed to be replaced. Brett came out and explained my options. He made it easy to make a choice. The new furnace was installed within four days. I am very happy with how professional they were and how comfortable my house is

Our computer board in our furnace went out we used our home warranty and April made sure I was communicated with throughout the process of parts being ordered and when we could expect the technician to arrive. Caleb was the first technician to come out and diagnosis. Bradley came to complete the necessary repair and we are satisfied 100% with all aspects of doing business with Bentleys everyone was very professional and kind.

Bentley‘s heating and air has always done a great job for us and helped us out in our time of need regardless of the time. Which is rare for a heating and air company. Always punctual and professional when arriving with great prices every time. Couldn’t imagine how a better job could be done.

Last year I had a good experience with Bentley’s so I called them for service again last week.Never again!!They sent a guy out last Fri. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he said he needed to talk to his boss and said they would get back with me and he left.It’s now Wednesday and I had to call them! (They’re a 24hr business?) So the tech that didn’t know what was wrong talks to his boss and without even sending someone else out guotes me a price? And there wasn’t even an apology for leaving me hanging! Very very poor customer service!

Technician was friendly and professional. He explored all causes for fixing the noise before determining the blower needed replaced. He answered all my questions. Bentleys was recommended by my son after they installed a new furnace and AC in his home a couple of years ago. I highly recommend Bentleys for your heating and cooling needs.

We have used Bentleys in the past for a new furnace and air conditioning unit, good quality work in a timely manner. When we needed an electric service upgrade we got an estimate quickly with a fair price and a quality job was completed. We would recommend Bentleys to anyone theyget the job done.

AC went out during a very hot spell. I was given installation Date later in the week. A portable window unit was brought in and set up to help keep us comfortable. All communication has been respectful and professional and we are enjoying our quiet new ac unit. I definitely recommend their services and team!

Good service, I called when my AC went out over Memorial Day weekend (first hot weekend of the year), and they were out within a couple of days. We opted to replace our system and Bentley was able to schedule that for the lat the following week. I then got a call that they were able to open a spot in their schedule and could install at the beginning of the week.Overall I am happy with my choice, everyone was very friendly and professional.The only part that fell short was the financing aspect. They use a third party company as I am sure many do, but the interest rate was very high and loaded at the front so paying it faster wouldnt allow you to pay any less. We decided just to pay for the whole system out of pocket rather than the high interest rate. This has more to do with the company the work with but it is something to keep in mind.

Bentley’s was very thorough in their work completed at our home. We had our main trunk and several supply lines replaced in our crawl space due to old age. It was a very long day for the guys doing the job and they cleaned up very well after themselves. We look forward to using them again for other HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Professional entered our home and was respectful not to bring in debris or coronavirus by wearing personal protective equipment. He explained everything he was doing and provided helpful tips to ensure efficiency of my air and heating units. This was a 5 star visit.

Getting a new heating and air unit from Bentley’s was the best investment we ever made. We are on level billing with DP&L and this year for the first time ever we had a 2 1/2 month credit. We replaced our old unit in January 2018 and we are still amazed at the efficiency and comfort of this new one. The employees are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was beyond impressed. Everyone hates to hear that something major in your home has broken or needs to be replaced and Im no exemption. Bentleys staff went far above my expectations from the beginning to the end. The Bentleys staff is my new trusted heating and air subject matter experts.

They were very professional. Our 35 year old finance went out on a Sunday and they were able to come over within the hour. Unfortunately with the age of our furnace it was ready to be replaced. They were able to schedule the install the following Tuesday. They noticed we had small children and told us about a germ preventer upgrade that we were happy to add. They filled out rebates from our local gas and energy supplier quickly and we revieced those rebates within a week. We are very happy with our purchase!

It took awhile to get the furnace to work but each time I called I was well received by the receptionist. They were very calm and reassuring when I was not. Marc was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly he made us feel that our family’s needs were his TOP priority. Based off of his findings, we were provided with OPTIONS. We decided to move forward with a new unit. This company was able to arrange their schedule so we could get our new unit and have AC by the weekend (2 day turnaround)! Also, it’s important to mention they effectively communicate to their customers and arrive promptly to their appointments. When my smart thermostat was on the fritz I didnt know who to call, I tried bentleys and even though it was an indecent time during the pandemic my call was answered. Who answered was incredibly polite, got all my info and promised to call me back and she did. She called back before another business called me back, because I called a few. Promised to have someone the same day and even called again when they were at our door and we didnt answer. Truly a set of people who care.

When they came out Saturday was an hour late technician didnt even call I had to call office. Kis very young didnt do no cleaning inside of unit he did clean unit outside with water not very pleased with the 2 times that the kid was here did like the technician that was here few weeks ago

Did about $1000 repair just a few days ago. Price I was charged was almost $100 more than what I was quoted a before prior to the repairs scheduled the following day. Even before giving the lady on the phone my credit card info, she initially said a higher price, then quickly verified the original quote was what I would be charged. She charged me the random higher amount and I was not informed about the change. I wont be doing business with them again. As far as the repair, the ac leak is fixed and ac unit works fine. 2/2 for work done, 0/3 for customer service and honesty.

The technician, Mark McKinney, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis and resolution of our a/c problem on a very hot day. We will definitely use Bentley again.

Their service was fine so far, but I wrote a check for the amount three weeks ago and they have not deposited it yet, I had no idea it would take 3 weeks to process a check. Data processing is slow, but please.
