Dr. Botti has been absolutely wonderful coordinating with my oral surgeon to help get me through an implant salvage and back to having a tooth in place. I am very anxious when getting dental work and she ALWAYS keeps me informed and recommends options that will ensure that my teeth stay as healthy as possible. I appreciate having a dentist who is not only very professional but also very kind and empathetic!

The hygienist (Michelle) is highly skilled in her profession & very thorough in performing teeth cleaning & answering any questions regarding the procedure. The cleanliness and professionalism of this office is outstanding. I feel very comfortable going for my appointments due to the safety protocols they have in place due to COVID-19. My hygienists are top notch and Dr. Botti is a class act.

The hygienist that I had yesterday for my teeth cleaning was the BEST hygienist I have ever had!

Going to the dentist is never fun, but I have no complaints about going to Smiles at the Exchange. Everyone is friendly, and I have never had to wait in the lobby for my appointment. They are very punctual. The hygienist does a very good job and often gives me tips for cleaning my teeth at home. My husband had been seeing a different dentist, but once I told him about my experience, he now goes to Dr. Botti. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Smiles at the exchange for over 15 years, and our 6-year old daughter is now a patient as well. Their staff is top-notch and super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Botti is excellent as are all of their hygienists. We have always had a very positive experience there, and feel well cared for. Cannot recommend highly enough!

From the time you walk in the door the staff puts you at ease. Dr. Botti is an excellent dentist and makes sure you know what is needed to maintain healthy teeth and gums.I was amazed with the technology she utilizes in the making of crowns. AND while you wait! She is a expert in her field.

A trip to the dentist is never fun, but they sure try to make it pleasant and quick. Patty cleans my teeth and a more caring hygienist couldnt be found! All the staff is well educated on the PPE procedures. Im sure this is hard on them, but they dont show it!

We absolutely love Dr. Botti and her staff! Every time we are in the office we always feel so welcome. A bright spot of our visit is Debbie. She is such a sweetheart and so good with my girls (one of which is 10 and can be quite difficult when in the chair. She has a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist). Debbie is always extremely patient and kind, but remains persistent to get what needs to be done (which is exactly what my daughter needs!) Debbie really handles the difficulty so well while remaining patient and calm. Thank you so much Dr. Botti, Debbie, and staff! We truly appreciate your kindness and care!

Horrible experience! Went in with broken tooth. Dentist cleaned it out and put on a temporary filling. Said I needed root canal and referred me out. Couldnt get into have procedure done for a month plus. Meanwhile I break out in extreme pain. Call office and they tell me antibiotics. I went to another dentist who says the temporary was right on top of my nerve causing all the pain... DO NOT RECOMMEND this office at all!!

CvCVVisits to this dentist are easy. Very professional service and dental expertise is evident throughout. I have recommended them more than once...nuff said...!One of the reasons I choose to go to this dentist is they are a great example of professionalism. My dental needs are met and then some. “Torture” is the word my daughter used to describe her experience with Dr. Botti while getting a cavity repair. Dr. Botti was completely insensitive of my daughter’s emotions during the procedure. We had clearly indicated anxiety on her paperwork, but why would a medical professional read a patient’s history? My daughter said Dr. Botti was pushing extremely hard on her jaw, and wouldn’t stop when asked for a break. The next day we could see tears in her lip crease.Dr. Botti had also clearly ignored indications on my previous medical history. During my procedure, Dr. Botti gave me the single most painful injection I have ever received. When I indicated the significance of the pain, she shoved her fingers into the back of my throat and massaged my jaw? Made the pain so much worse and it felt like she was choking me.The only positive point of this experience was the hygienist you spend two hours with on the first day. Felt like the calm before the storm though. I could not recommend this office less. Terrible experiences.These experiences were from last year so this is not a clutch reaction. The visit was so poor for both of us that it has stuck with us as the poorest health care experiences of our lives.

Our family has always had a great experience. Everyone at the Exchange treats you with the utmost respect and tries to help in any way.

I do not recommend them as they show you totally different estimate and send you the high amount bill saying it was only rough estimate. They make you pay whatever amount they charge saying estimate are just estimate. If an estimate is way up or down from exact then why would you even give that impression saying estimated cost.I was also charged 80 dollar just because I could not make one of the appointment because of an urgent meeting at my work.VERY DISAPPOINTED 🙁

I chose them several years ago--admittedly because they are located near where I live. But, I would gladly recommend Smiles to anyone. They treat me very well. And, during this pandemic, take every possible precaution to protect me and themselves.

I have an irrational fear of dentists. The staff and Dr. Botti have been understanding, kind and respectful. After three years, I no longer need medication prior to my appointments. I would refer anyone to this practice.

Do not go to smiles at the exchange. Dr Botti is a scam artist and will ask you to get several thousand dollar procedures that are unnecessary. I would go to Centerville Family Dental instead.Also her office staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Hall was a good dentist it is very sad that he is loosing good patients because of her.

They earn my trust at every visit. They provide a warm, comfortable environment where the teamwork is evident as they care for my dental health and my familys. My experience with this office has been that every staff member has a genuine interest in the patient and his or her overall health and well-being. Many of the staff members have stayed with this practice for upwards of 20 years -- some for 30 - 40 years! -- which speaks so highly of the professionalism and positivity a patient experiences here. Dr. Botti is selective in utilizing only the best of the latest technology available to the dental field. I have referred all of my family and friends to this practice.

This office is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Botti is amazing! She fixed a chipped front tooth on my husband and he has recieved so many complimants on his smile since. I had some fillings done there also, they were quick painless and professional. My kind of dental office. My husband and I both highly recommend this office and Dr Botti!😁

Staff was fine but dentist was very condescending and cold in her explanation she really didnt ask what was my concern with my teeth I felt like I a robot was talking. She also began to tell me about my x-rays but was actually speaking about the patient in the room next to me so I looked at her like what are you talking about and the hygienist corrected her and said oh thats not her x-rays. Then she laughs and says oh im glad because I was about to tell you, that you need alot of teeth extracted then she looks over my x-rays and says oh yeah I like your x-rays much better. She never apologizes so that shows me her level of professionalism. I will NOT be going back. I Will make my sixth month appt. with another dentist that has some human nature traits and some common decency.
