I worked with Mark to replace our motel locks. From start to finish, Mark was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He was an amazing resource. He helped me work through all our options to pick the perfect locking system for our needs. We have had the locks installed for a couple months now and I am so happy with the system he suggested! Great customer service after the sale and good products that hold up in tough conditions. We use these on the outer gates of our condo complex that is only a block from the beach. So the salt air usually is really rough on everything but the Maine grade locks are holding up well.

Horrible customer service, unsecure billing practices. I was asked to email them pictures of my ID and credit card after they had already charged my card. It was a time sensitive transaction and they were extremely unhelpful getting the issue taken care of. I was given multiple dead end transfers and then was called after cancelling my order to further harass me. I am a professional locksmith and have never had this kind of issues from another hardware company. I would not recommend using them at all.

I did research online & saw the reviews & decided to purchase from this company. The sale process was easy & I received my product in a timely manner. I purchased a 3year support plan because I purchased product that I would need support with managing. This is where they fail. Its the service after the sale. I purchased an item I could not use repeatedly asked for a return label never received one. I have a lock system that has to be programmed for entry into our building. They assisted with getting us set up but if you have a power loss or any interruption in your WIFI service that programming will need to be done again. Well good luck on reaching anyone!! This has been a nightmare for my business. The lock malfunctioned & we went about 6wks with it being non operational trying to reach gokeyless support. Once we finally reached someone we were informed that we needed to purchase a new lock & once they received the damaged lock back they would credit me. Remember I mentioned I purchased something I couldnt use. Well now I can finally return it. The specialist asked that I return it in the same box of the lock system & I did just that. A couple of weeks pass no return of my money so I called & of course I cant reach ANYONE!!! I left the purchase specialist a message a message about the return & voila the credit appears on my account for the lock only not my other product I returned but still no call from gokeyless. Since I received the new product we have tried DAILY to reach support with no answer & holding for hours. I need support for this new lock system & I need my credit back for the product I returned that I wasnt able to use. I hate to do negative reviews but if this is the only way i can reach someone & get assistance then this is a shame for a company! Also remember I purchased a support warranty & Ive been dealing with this for about 6 months. This is unreal. I just want the support paid for & that my system works as promised!

While the process may be a little clunky on the website, this is the only company that I could find that offers this service online. Quality locks (Kaba E-Plex) for a lot less than the Kaba website! We order all of our locks through this site and they are perfect every time! VERY disappointed with customer service. I purchased a lock, tried very hard to get it working consistently, spoke to the manufacturer, Lockey, 3X, hired a handyman (additional $70) and nothing worked for more than a day or 2. By this time I had the lock for nearly 3 months. I talked on line to CS, he told me to call the returns department, they wont take calls only emails. I sent an email, requesting a replacement, they never even had the common decency to respond and just left me hanging. Stay away~

READ THE RETURN POLICY!!! Do not buy from GOKEYLESS! You will receive a defective product and once opened(which is the only way to determine it is defective) you can not return to them. You are better off buying from Amazon or from a reputable merchant. Update: They did make it right. They accepted the defective product and sent me a née one. I’ll update to 3 stars for the fix.

Such an enthusiastic team!! My request was answered in less than 24 hours. I had to request a later ship date than they provided which was changed and confirmed very quickly. They dont mess around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!! They sent me three incorrect lever handles and made me pay for them as I went along. I had to go to UPS to send them back three times… (Talk about an inconvenience.) they got all three lever handles back and they have only refunded me half of what they owe me. I sent over 20 emails to try to rectify the situation. They don’t answer their phone and they pass the buck between the sales and accounting departments. They never return phone calls. I just gave up and decided to let them steal from me because they cost me 10x the $110 they owe me in my time. Frustrating. Pretty sad for a company in the USA.Update May 2021... opposite to what their response says, they have never made it right. I just kept losing money pursuing it with phone calls so I had to give up.
