While we didnt end up purchasing from the rug outlet, our experience there was great. There was a good selection of rugs, many were well out of our price range but there was still a good selection in the lower range of rug cost. The owner was knowledgeable and clearly had a passion for his work. The inside of the business is much nicer than what it appears on the outside. If we need another rug we will be shopping here again.

Beautiful rugs. I wanted to buy another! I actually took my own 25 year old rug in there to have a repair. It was never cleaned before except with a steam cleaner. Mr. Fayaz was wonderful and assured me they could make the repair and clean it the way the rug should really be cleaned. It looks fabulous, like it is new! I was stunned. I guess someone came in and saw it and was ready to buy it on the spot, not knowing it was owned already! I was very pleased with the service and friendliness. I highly recommend this store and will go back again. Dont bother looking elsewhere. This is the store you want if your looking for great service and gorgeous rugs!
