I use the MyCafeteriaPlan product through my works FSA contributions. I have found it to be fairly straightforward and easy to use, including the mobile app. I do wish they would incorporate the thumbprint verification so I didnt have to keep track with a password. I havent really used too many other products in this same vein, but I would use this one again if I worked somewhere different that was offering it.

The worst thing to do is open up an HSA account with them. They do everything possible to keep your money even if you switched employment and thats not right. I will never us this service again. Worst customer service experience telling you what you would like to hear.
