Icon was great. They were professional and respectful of the house and those in it while working in my home. Whenever something came up they always laid out all of our options, and let us know when things changed. They also handled curve balls thrown by us when we changed things mid project. The finished product is amazing. It is the basement we always wanted. They were great. Getting ready for them to do our upstairs bathroom.

We did a lot of research to find a company we could trust. This held true. They didnt try to hide anything, went through every question we had, they were respectful, provided prompt service, and ultimately did a great job. When providing recommendations, they arent trying to screw you over, they tell you what you need. They are a true small business that cares about you and the quality. Weve liked them so much, we had them work on another project for us during home repairs, and planning on using them again. Definitely our go to for any sort of contracting!

These guys were great. I had a smaller project. New Bathroom vent installed, ceiling in the bath painted. They worked me in and did an awesome job. Brian matched 13 yr old paint yellow. And to be honest I had no idea that the match would be that close. The vent team was easy to get along with and kept me up to date. I am pleased with the project and will definitely hire this company again. Thanks Eric and your wife for keeping me in the loop with appts.! Eric is excellent to work with had an insurance claim and he help me through the whole process to get flooring replaced from a faulty dishwasher. His employee Brian did the work replacing flooring and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them for any major future projects.

Icon remodeled our bathroom last year. They were a joy to work with, very responsive to us and exceeded our expectations. Their prices were very reasonable and they did quality work. When they were wrapping up for the day they always updated us on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. Were getting ready for them to do more work on our property and we are excited to be doing business with them again !

I met Eric after having a terrible experience with a different contractor. When he came to look at the project he was patient, honest and willing to help in anyway he could. Icon was fast and efficient and finished the project in no time. Always had open and honest communication about potential additional costs and always gave me multiple options/price points so I never felt pressured to go one way. Over the years, I’ve used many different contractors. This group has been fabulous. I recently had them finish my basement. It was a project I had worked on creating in my brain for at least the past several years. Eric and his crew help me incorporate the designs I wanted into my finished basement, down to the very last Pinterest idea! I am extremely happy with the results! This company is top shelf. Next up, kitchen remodel. I plan on hiring them for the job.
