We’d booked him in September (for our May wedding) and he would never return my messages. As a bride planning my own wedding with no family in town, I was panicked to say the least. My husband and I were SO impressed by All the Right Tunes! Every interaction we have had with them from the first meeting to our reception has been so easy and fun. The online tool they provide for picking our songs was very helpful. It relieved so much stress knowing that they would coordinate our reception according to our timeline that we created with them. Calvin was our emcee and he went above and beyond what we ever expected to make our reception perfect. He brought drinks to us so we didn’t have to get up, he gave my maid of honor a pep talk before her speech because she was nervous, and he kept us updated throughout the night. I really enjoyed All the right tunes DJing our wedding. They were there announcing a bouquet toss or introductions, but they were not always the focal point. They allowed the guests to flow from conversation to listening to speeches or dances and back to informal conversation naturally. I really enjoyed how they were so accommodating when it came to the music. I have a lot of favorite songs but wanted all the guests be excited by what was coming next too. They organized the whole night down to the minutes knowing exactly what they wanted to play, but were also accommodating to guests requesting songs too. It was a wonderful experience to have All the Right Tunes there on my special day.

My husband and I were very impressed with All the Right Tunes. They kept our wedding running smoothly and made sure everyone had a good time. We had several guests tell us how good our MC, Calvin, was and how well he kept everything flowing. They were also very flexible. We had to rearrange the order of our bridal party for the grand entrance and we ended up having to play a few more songs before our last dance since the limo driver showed up late… it was never an issue for Calvin and he was able to keep us calm and at ease even though it was kind of hectic. He was very good at communicating with us but not interrupting us too much. The only thing we werent totally happy with was the fact that they didnt play the cut version of our first dance song. We had a choreographed dance so we gave them a CD with the cut version at our final meeting but the DJ ended up playing the full version. It wasnt a huge issue because we were able to just go with it but we will definitely remind them next time that we have a special version. The most important thing to us was for all our guests to have a good time and that definitely happened, so we were very pleased.

They had an online portal where we were able to choose all of our music and pay - which was VERY helpful. We used all the right tunes for ONLY their photo booth and I would not recommend them. We tried out their photo booth at a bridal fair and the photo quality was amazing on the print out. When they came to our wedding, the photo print outs were unevenly printed and our names blurred at the bottom. The background at the bridal fair was white making the photos have a nice contrast, when they showed up at our wedding the background was gray (think school picture day). I emailed them after the wedding and received no response after I sent them photos comparing the two. We were definitely mislead on what we had signed up for. Besides poor quality prints, they showed up on time and had fun props so that’s why I rated them 2 stars instead of 1.

They were so on top of things and organized. They really helped our wedding stay on track and were more than happy to help us with recommendations and any questions throughout the process. Brandon was phenomenal and really helped us out!

I recently had the pleasure of have DJ Ray and DJ TJ take care of all our musical needs at our magical wedding on 4/28/18 ! ! ! Being a former DJ, I really did my research when looking for a DJ to play at our wedding reception. For the services provided, this company was very reasonable. They were very responsive with all the communication and so thankful for the meeting before hand to hammer out all of the details. The two guys who run it are amazing and are very efficient.We had Ray and Liz for our wedding and thought they did an amazing job to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. The reason I am leaving a 4 star review is that they promised us up-lighting for our event, but never provided it. Also, I made sure a couple songs were on the “must play” list and never heard them. I went up to Ray during the reception and he said he didn’t have them on his system. I think it is because we completed the playlist quite a bit ahead of time and they updated their system, either way a little disappointing.

ATRT served as the DJ and emcee for my sons wedding. Additionally, we had them design the beautiful lighted dance floor logo. If you engage ATRT, your event will be flawless. Not only did they provide the music and emcee services, but they worked in lockstep with all of the other vendors to ensure a seamless event. Suggest an in-person meeting with the staff, then most everything else can be done online. Professional, personable, helpful, organized, have all the latest technology. Highly recommend!

I cant imagine having a better group for my wedding! I used to be in the wedding industry, so when it came time to hire a dj/mc for my wedding, I didnt even think twice and called up All the Right Tunes! We worked with Brandon and he was fantastic. He kept the party going, and he even put up with our silly request to have guests sing a song with the word Love in it instead of clinking their glasses. Before each guest sang, he made sure to find Travis and I so we could enjoy our guests serenade. He really kept the party going and kept people on the dance floor. If we had to do it all over again, wed still pick these guys! Theyre the best in the industry!

Shawn, Matt and all of the folks at ATRT are just absolutely amazing!!! Anytime my fiance or myself had questions or concerns, they were right there to help us without hesitation. My fiance and I decided we wanted to do a special surprise dance, Shawn helped us with every aspect and worked with us until we all agreed it was perfect. We had a few different meetings to go over all the information for the day of, and never once did we feel rushed, or like we were a bother to anyone. The staff at ATRT is compassionate, understanding and patient. They met me at our reception site to go over placements for a video as well as where the best location to have the DJ (we had our reception in an Opera Theatre). As part of their service, we were provided with a DJ as well as an Emcee for our wedding day. There wasnt a single moment the day of that we were unaware of what was coming next. If something needed to be pushed back a few minutes, Matt was on top of it and my fiance and I never had to stress about any of it! Matt was our go to for all vendors, and he helped to coordinate all event timing with them, so we knew we had nothing to worry about the day of!ATRT also provided the music for our cermony and did a great job in timing the walk for our wedding party and then myself. I had chosen an untraditional song that was a bit on the short side; they looped the track and it sounded beautiful and when it was my turn to take my walk to meet the love of my life, the timing on the lyrics was just as we wanted it. The reception was absolutely amazing, our dance floor was packed from the start and didnt clear out until the end of the night!! Making sure your guests have an incredible time at your wedding starts and ends with your DJ. Sure people like food and all, but when it comes down to it, they will forever talk about how much fun they had dancing the night away!! Our guests sure are!!
