Labor is subpar. Left window was perfect, right window full of dust inside the tint and the technician claims this is normal (Really?). Also right window had a scratch on the tint (Not done my me) Obviously defective tint. They knew the job was not well done and still gave me car like that, hoping that I would not notice. Waste of time and money. Now I am having to miss work while they reluctantly fix their mistake. Not recommended.Edit: The Technician that did the fix did a better job than the original technician did; however, blaming the client for their defective materials and poor workmanship is really low. Lowered review to one star. Definitely not recommended.

Was recommended this place by a friend of mine. Very happy with the tint work on my car, installer was very detailed, used towels to keep the dripping to a minimum. He has a little setup to show you how much heat each kind of film can deflect, very useful. Highly recommend.

This is the place for window tints they treated me beyond fairly and got me in and out as fast as possible. They made my car priority since I did not have a ride back home and it was pretty far so they took my car in to take care of it. NEVER AGAIN I WILL SET FOOT IN THIS BUSINESS!!!! I don’t know how this is a 20year business. I went to get my front lights changed and they were wrong placed and never worked. I asked for them to be changed two days after and they told me that that was the way the LED lights look like. That was of course a lie. The following week I went again and finally, after the worst costumer service and telling me to go and report them to the police, I got my money back. DON’T GO THERE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR!!!!! You will get the worst service in Miami and no warranty for their awful work.

My experience was very good, I called to see if they knew how to change my cue screen from the Cadillac and Juan was very good and very professional, he changed it very fast and my car screen was working perfectly, the dealear was charging me 1500, he charged much less and the cue screen I bought it from Cuescreens.com excellent service both places

Ignore the bad reviews, this is my Go-To place for tints. I have come here before and now again. I took my brand new Hyundai Elantra in for tints all around. They came out perfect to say the least. I highly recommend this place. Dont go anywhere else.

My Daughter went 3 weeks ago to put her tinted windows one of the employee told my daughter it would cost less if she would put tints in top of the other tints well it started to buble and lines on the tints she went back today she was told it did not have warranty to fix that she had to pay 💰 well the employee that works their that is a family member never told her that if she would leave the old tint it would not be under warranty ! I think is a stealing from people no consideration But I wish them the best in their business God Bless them. Only God sees what they do !

Worst place in Miami!!!!! Don’t go there to lose your money!!!! I wanted to change only one of my tinted windows and they tried to charge me as if I was changing the entire car!!!!! I got estimates from different places and they were super expensive and with a very awful costumer service, more if you are a woman and they think they can trick you. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that the price is posted on the wall so you know what you are going to pay without even taking to anyone. No changing price based on what you drive. Even though their price chart (posted on their wall) says two front windows for $100, he wanted to charge me $350, claiming my car was a sedan (4 doors). I drive a Corvette!!! (2 doors, two seats).This guy does not even honor his own prices. He saw an expensive vehicle and assumed I could pay triple of what he regularly charges. BEWARE

After going around for days looking for a place to put an aftermarket radio on my car, and having already bad experiences in different electronic stores I finally came to this place. They gave me the best price and Juan did and awesome job. I recommend this place to everyone. I felt very comfortable with the treatment I received. Go and ask for Juan. The guy is super nice and knows what his doing. From now on ill be going there to do all the upgrades to my car.

Took my car here for tints, they did an excellent job, so I decided to bring it back for headlight/taillight tints. They quoted me higher than anyone else in the area, but quality speaks to me, not cost.I made an appointment a week in advance. I called them to let them know I was running about 10 minutes behind, they told me no problem. I live about 45 minutes away from this shop. When I arrived, they told me they were too busy and had too many cars, that the woman never booked my appointment, and that was it, asked if I could come back on Monday...I had been looking forward to having this done all week and was let down at the very last minute.Unprofessional

Tinted my 2019 type r today and the edges came out perfect everything lines right up I love it, hard working owner definitely worth the money this guy is awesome highly recommended.

Went to this location due to time and location i was in at the moment. Should of drove 30 mins to the place i always go and get tints. When I arrived I got an estimate on tints, which price wasnt bad! I told them that I wanted my two front windows done the same percentage like the back windows. As the tints were getting put on I noticed the guy that was working on it was extremely unprofessional, messing up and recutting films twice. Once finished I noticed the film was completely low quality and the percentage and shade did not match the back tints after being told they would. After they confirmed that it didnt match they told me that they were going to replace it with a better quality film to match the back windows. Once it was finished it was fine until, a couple hours later I started noticing the film peeling off and bubbling up. Also looks blurry when looking out from the car. That tells you that there films are extremely poor quality. I called back to let them know what I was experiencing all they told me is to come back so they can fix it. Now that being the 3rd time they work on it, if I were to take it back. Now I will have to take my vehicle to AUTO TECH MIAMI to get my vehicle re-tinted. Dont waste your time and money here, learn from my past experience.

If your looking for a quick job and dont care about quality or warranty this is your place. Took our new Tacoma to tint the front 2 windows. After a week passenger door bubbled up and my sons took it back. They took a heat gun to it and said that they wouldnt replace.3 weeks into the tints, both doors still had bubbles. I took the truck back, the owner was there. He started to get ready to work on the car.Then he found out that the tints had been installed on a Sunday. He refused to fix them on a Saturday because it was a different installer. I guess the installer gives the warranty and not the owner and his business. Would NEVER recommend them. Ended taking my car to Solar Tint in S. Miami. Always have taken my cars there and there is a reason for that.My mistake trying a new location.

Alex Bastos from dark & load window tinting & electronics put a window tint for my new 2017 bmw 430i on Sunday, September 30. After 4 days I noticed that there were bubbles on the glass so I went during the week to the shop and the people that were there told me to go back to the installer on Sunday. So when I went back today, October 7th he saw the problem and tried to fix the bubbles on the back driver window which still have the problem and he replaced the tint on the driver window as well as the passenger window & the back passenger window however they still have bubbles and on the passenger back window there is a scratch on the film. And the rear window he tried to get rid of the bubbles there but there are still a lot of them and now there is a scratch on the film because he was trying to fix it. So, he said that he can change the rear window film but I have to sign a statement that if something happens to the defrost lines that he is not responsible? How would be responsible then? Me? Because I decided to take my new car to him??? He was argumentative and did a poor job on my car and he wasted my time twice and now I have to go somewhere else to do the job again and wast more time.

The biggest waste of time. I regret ever finding this business on Google. Actually, It makes Google look bad to have such a poor tint shop on their listing? The name should be called Poor and Loud window tinting.They use a cheap computerized tinting cutting machine that cuts wrong measurements. This is how they tint, no free hand. They leave a 1/2 in lip on the top the window and the sides are short. They blame it on the vehicle problem.Its Dark and Loud inside their bay and this is why it looks good until you see it outside.They do not have any customer service, they just rip the tint off the windows and refund your money by check. I guess they dont care for perfection, nor do their customers. There is no quality tint comming from this shop. Too bad Solarguard doesnt know how this business operates.This place only deserves 1/4 of a star. Nothing more, nothing less. All this was done by the professional business man (the owner Juan).Do not use this company and move on to the next tint shop.Thank you for wasting my time.

They do great window tinting BUT they scratched my back window with the razor blade and my car was 2 weeks old about 3 weeks agoThe only thing I recommend is look over the glass in the sun before you drive away and never get your windows tinted after sunset you cant see the imperfections or glass scratches

On Friday I agreed with the installer to be there Monday 9am and when I got there they couldnt do the tints because the owner had a boat parked in inside. Thats very unprofessional and no way to run a business. Their work is not all that good anyway. I will never be back.
