I have them done all my tapes and transfer them to digital. They charge you full price length on all the tapes and then suposlly they adjust the price of them for what ever length of recording you have. Not quite right after I check them. But it is what it is . Make sure to check the tapes to make sure they are not broken and mark the length of time recorded in each tape if you can.

After using this company for my business a few years in a row, I asked them do my wedding. A year had gone by without touching my video. I was told by the owner that he “was just so busy...”. I didn’t receive my completed video until THREE YEARS later! I got it by a link in an email. And he never replied when I asked about getting a DVD copy, like something nice how you’d expect your wedding video. I can’t even find the email with the link anymore, so I have no video of my wedding.... MY WEDDING! I do not recommend this company.

They are extremely professional, reliable and their production is incredible!! Despite difficult personal circumstances Natasha ensured we had an amazing final product on time. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very accommodating and did a great job. Had pictures taken at our wedding as well family pictures. They also made us digital invitations. Great people.

Amazing service! They perfectly made a montage for my dads 45th birthday, at a low price. Would recommend.

It took 2 weeks and a callback from me to check up on my transfers. The equipment used looks like it’s 40 years old. The video quality is TERRIBLE, any sort of enhancement costs extra, then I was charged for a longer transfer than it actually was and was just given cash back because they could not figure out how to refund me (only after I brought it up). I was told to buy a usb from them or bring mine, only to find out “regular” usb’s take an hour to transfer info to. I could have easily brought my hard drive, saved money and time but was never told it was an option. Seems like very lazy staff.

UNRELIABLE.They should close their service to the public and focus on productions.I went there to transfer two Hi8 tapes to DVD.Day 1: Monday. Got there at 12:30 and there was a hand-written sign on the door saying Back in 20 minutes... it was more than 40. They charged me extra because this was a rush job (understandable) and said they would call me within a week.Day 2: Since they didnt call me I called them to find out and no one answered the phone. It was only 3:30 p.m. but they later told me they had to close the store early because they had a production that day. No answering machine or anything.Day 3: Went there to pick up the tapes and DVDs. When I got back to my office, I found out that one of the DVDs was empty (or unfinished, as they said), so I had to drive back for them to finish the DVD. They didnt apologize or anything, it seemed like they were doing me a favor.SUGGESTION: If you dont need your tapes transferred to DVDs in less than 3 weeks, youre better off going to Walmart (some have Photo lab); they will do the job for less and at least you have a serious company to back the service in case something goes wrong.

Terrible service. Left an item for repair and it sat for two months. Checked periodically and told it was almost ready. Finally showed up and they had never even taken it out of the bag that it left in. Any positive reviews are likely posted by them.

I went to Memory Factor to transfer footage from an old VHS tape into a digital file. They told me it would take a few days but they called me within a few hours to tell me it was ready. Service does not get much better than that!
