I called to ask Alaska media if they will deliver a case of DVDs and a woman answered in perfect English Hello then she went silent for about 25 seconds during which I said I want to buy blank DVDs and would you deliver them after repeating Hello 2 or 3 more times, with no response, I said I cant hear you Ill call back When I called back the sound of a Fax machine answering or wrong number sound played. They wouldnt answer. Question: If people dont speak English and and dont have some one who does, Why do they begin the conversation with a perfect English Hello and then refuse to speak to you because that is the only word they know in English? Why not answer the phone in Spanish at first Alaska Media como te puedo... ayudar? Why the disrespect to someone, myself, who is perfectly Bilingual and would have been happy to speak Spanish if she had said Yo No Abla Ingles, disculpa yo bosco algien..Para ayudarte...Un momento Porfavor....But to refuse to speak at all, then send you to a fax machine/wrong number is very rude.
