Renee is a very unprofessional, disrespectful person that has no class. Doesnt know how to talk to people. This office doesnt practice social distancing and there is no sanitation. Practices discrimination towards blacks.

Renee is reall good to people who work hard. I got on a one day ticket, worked hard, and have been on the ticket for 2 weeks now. He gave me a shot and i proved that Ill work for him. After showing my drive as a labourer for a week, i got regular, full time employment starting after my second week. I would recommend Labor For Hire for anyone who is new to the area, has recently found themself unemployed, or who is looking for a first step in the construction industry. Se habla espanol, tambien. I believe that he has 3 offices, one on 27th Ave in Little Havana, i think one in Broward, and i think one in Hialea (how ever you spell that city, my Spanish is only so-so, lol). Be ready for some work, though, if youre not a Skilled Labourer (i believe he has skilled tickets, too, at $12.50/hr +, if you have tools and a skill). The work for a General Labourer is not easy work, but it is rewarding. With all the buildings going up in Miami and the surrounding area, he has consitent work for anyone who is willing to work a full 8+ hrs. And, he pays overtime for anything over 40. Im on my second week and will have 40 hrs at min. wage, at least 11 hrs overtime, and have gotten paid $9.50/hr for 5 of my hours so far. Try them out for a day if youre looking for work, want to get paid at the end of the day, and dont mind working.

This place is the worst Ive been coming here for a week every day they told me they dont have work but they pick the same people every time they dont give new workers the opportunity or the chance to even prove they can work they picked the same exact people they play favoritism which is not right which is not fair especially when it comes to women working I realize they never pick women to work this place is disappointing

A very biased, blacks are treated like slaves, while Spanish laborers get jobs first.
