Only leaving 3 stars. Went in today 5/19/2021 to have my phone fixed and they worker named Shelby was cussing about a gentleman that just left because of something that was on his phone. She went on about him for 10 minutes and it was all very inappropriate things said. She had no filter and it was offensive, rude and the most unprofessional encounter Ive ever been part of. Especially since I know the gentleman. Somethimf needs to be done about that girl. How embarrassing for your company.

I have never had one problem with easy wireless in the 4+ years Ive been with them until I received a message stating that I had abnormal data usage and that they were taking my unlimited internet away because of it. I literally cant do anything on my phone anymore at all. Nothing! This is very upsetting to me as Ive been with them for so long. I received a message today stating I get 4gb a month. I work a full time job where I use my phone all day, now I cant even do that with this service anymore. Beyond crushed at this point.

Only negative would be the lack of parking for the building they are in. Service and friendliness make up for that though

This used to be awesome. Unlimited everything and it worked really well. Then one day i get a msg saying they dont like how much internet Ive been using, so they literally made the internet not work at all. I tried calling for help but EVERYONE i talked to was insanely RUDE. Treated me like i was stupid. If i could afford anything else at all id do that, but alas...

I love easy wireless. For a free government phone l spent about $1,000 in gas back and forth to have them fix my picture messaging.

I like the manager there James. Hes really a nice guy and goes out of his way to help people.

Very rude associates. Customers services is horrible.

Terrible parking no handicap parking or are they handicap accessible. Very rude staff filthy store and always plan on at least an hour wait.
