Been a customer for a number of years. Product and service is good, but texting is unreliable. For us its mission critical and we are now down from texting for the 3rd time in 3 years. This time its been down for a week and no communication from company at all and from customer perspective appears as if they just dont care. we deal with home bound patients. if one of these patients was their parent im cerrtain wed get more attention to this. so just fyi, if SMS texting is important, dont use this service.

Using ActivePBX at my real estate office for about a year now and we’re much happier in comparison to our old phone system. Sales person was very nice, and explained all charges and functions in detail. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I am still getting email and calls from other sales companys!!We went with the smallest package with Cisco Phones, Voice mail and a toll free number. Very Happy with the service. I run several car dealerships and have been using ActivePBX phone systems for a few years now. Before I made the switch, it was a nightmare to deal with AT&T and Comcast. I also had no way of transferring calls between my dealerships and my home office. These guys always answer the phone (no waiting on hold) and customize the system to do what you need. Wondering why I didn’t switch to VoIP sooner… ActivePBX handles the phone system for my software business. Forget using cell phones when all your remote workers (in my case software developers) can use the system from their home offices. This allows me to setup teleconferences for remote meetings among other cool features. I wouldn’t even know how to set all this up without the help of their support team.
