Customer service, check. Reliability, check. Scheduling was very responsive and easy to work with. The driver who came to shred the docs called beforehand to confirm their arrival, and even went back to my storage unit to double check if there were any remaining boxes for shredding. Couldnt have done better in my book.

They are not located at the address shown. They should bother updating the address so that people don’t bother fooling here for nothing. It’s not easy to find parking in Brickell.
