Extremely grateful I found such a helpful, honest, and amazing business where I can find industrial machines that last. I bought an older model here that was a serger since he was sold out of the newer ones.... I couldn’t wait a day so I went in to pick it up. I was greeted well and received help putting the machine in the truck to drop off home. These machines are heavy and powerful. I will never in a million years buy a domestic machine unless I have to. Couldn’t be more happier that the business store owner Danny, also is responsive... He helped Next day when I emailed his business inquiring information on threading of the machine. The stuff here are equally as helpful and kind.

What a find this store is! I was looking for a foot pedal for a thompson double feed discontinued machine, they had it. Took it home, tried it out and it works! Thank you so much! Soo much better than ordering online. They were friendly and very kind.

WARNING! We got a new industrial sewing machine that was nothing but problems. After several attempts they were not able to fix it. Today I picked up my still broken machine, which is still under warranty. They reduced my warranty from two months to one month completely voiding it, and I had to sign the reduced warranty paper in order to get my machine, shady practice. Now I have to pay a competent tech somewhere else to get it fixed.WARNING 2! From their own response below, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS. Also, this sign is prominently posted in their storefront. If you buy from them you are stuck with whatever you get, just like what happened to us.

I needed general maintenance on my first Singer Sewing Machine that I’ve had for over fifty years and was satisfied with the service. The service was fast and the price was reasonable.

They are selling very bad machines, not gonna refund your money and very mean and rude with customers. Never gonna back to this F....ng business.

I am so pleased this gem still exists! Centrally located with a bilingual couple as owners and even a cute parrot. Ive brought my machine twice, once for cleaning/tune-up and once for repair. I have a new-ish singer and on both occasions service was fast and affordable. I will be taking my antique machine once i get around to it, as apparently they even service those. An easy five stars.
