Frauds! Operating without license! Can’t do promised work! They will take your phone call, schedule appointment, take a look at your septic, take your money, and then give you every excuse in the book and then stop answering your calls and not provide any paper work. We used them a year ago and it went great, we had follow up work to do this year for a septic inspection, they took my money for the service and never provided the paperwork.

Unprofessional, Not responsible, Trying to get Broward Hlt dept permit approve since Feb 2020. Excuse after excuse, dont answer phone calls nor emails. I will never recommend.

Stay far away! We are currently pursuing litigation for a major job they did not perform and lied about consistently. Every single thing they (Brittni) told us was an absolute fabrication. I am being told (not sure if true or not) that they are losing their license. As you can see from other reviews this is a sinking ship and they are taking what they can and running away. This is now borderline criminal and we will report to the authorities.

We hired Jason Septic to pump out our existing tank and also to build a new drain field required by the city of South Miami. It was a difficult decision at first being that we knew nothing about septic systems and had to go based on Google search results. Only two other companies showed up to give us a proposal, but Jason was the only company that clearly explained the process and how he came up with the price. I was afraid to hire any septic contractor based on the reviews and reputation, but I am very happy with the job they did and the process with the city was smooth and they spoke very highly of Jason Septic. We are glad that the big money was spent wise and with a good contractor.

They were supposed to come November 11 in the morning. Confirmed via text and email. No-show. I spoke to someone the next day who apologized and said they would come back November 18 in the morning. A second no-show. When I called today to inquire about the reason for 2 no-shows over 2 weeks, they had no answer. Terrible customer service.

You absolutely cannot find another septic company that is more honest and provides a better service. Period. We had Jasons Septic come to our house a couple of years ago to do a pump out. They found a problem with our drain field. They did the repair and charged us a very fair price.Fast forward two years. We are having a fence replaced. The company replacing the fence digs some holes and one of them fills with water. It turns out that the hole was dug next to the repair done by Jasons, and the fence company told us that the problem was the work done by Jasons. I called Jasons, and Jason himself came out to my house within 30 minutes! Again, you will not find better service.Turns out that the problem was not with Jasons work. The problem was that the guys digging the holes disturbed the septic tank pipe that is attached to the drain field. This is not a problem caused by, nor could be predicted by Jasons Septic. Regardless, after doing about an hour of work to fix the problem caused by the fence company, Jason did not take any money. He considered it a quality control situation, and wanted to make sure the quality of his companys work was intact.I would not hesitate, even for a second, to recommend Jasons Septic. If you are looking elsewhere to compare, I suggest you stop wasting your time with other companies and get Jasons Septic on the job.

Jasons came today to pump out the septic tank, when they left they did not close my back yard gate knowing that I have 2 dogs ( Mastiffs ) say this because their cage if facing the back yard through a glass door and they must of bark all throughout the process. When my son arrived from school he let the dogs out to do their business in the back yard not knowing the gate was left open so my 2 dogs escaped, we did find them 6 blocks away from the house..making the story short.Its very irresponsible on their behalf to do something like this not caring for other peoples property or animals, Im glad no accident happened to anyone or to my dogs..People be careful of who you hire and be at your home when any body comes to do work at your home. Britney you have to be more professional when talking about a complaint of this nature.. Will never recommend or solicit them ever again...

Wish I would’ve read the terrible reviews this company had before wasting my time on three different occasions waiting for them to show up. For the third appointment I tried to confirm the day before, no answer. The same day of the appointment I made 4-5 calls to both numbers, no answer, and eventually a no show. And this is after being well recommended by a mutual friend. Just stay away and keep searching!

This is a 5 star company!!!!While this is something I wouldnt want the public to know it is something I would like to share anyways...I recently had a septic back up in my house. I had sewage all over the inside and outside of my home that I just purchased. we had a septic inspection by another company in Miami that said everything was fine with our system. We moved in and 1 month later we had this disgusting back up. We called Jason Septics and received nothing but professional amazing prompt service. Jason is one the most honest people I met. I know this business its hard to find such honesty. The office staff was very polite and the techs that came to my property were very intelligent as to what they needed to do. Jason even offered to help our family clean up, since he saw how upset the family was. A CLASS manThank you to Jason and your company for being the BEST!!!

I had a problem with my septic tank . I called another company they came twice charge me but didn’t take care of the issue . I called Jason septic came the same day and took care of it on the spot. The price was right as well as the service. They came back the next day and finish the job. Highly recommended

AWFUL. After using Jasons Septic of Miami for our septic re-routing, we noticed that they werent very good about running on schedule but I scheduled a simple clean out of my septic system with them anyway. I reserved a clean out for the 8am-1pm window. After spending my entire morning at home waiting for them to arrive, no one had shown up by 12:30pm so I called them. Their not-so-nice receptionist informed me they were at the job previous to mine and that they were running about two hours late. Great so after wasting my entire morning, I now re-arrange my afternoon to accommodate their tardiness (not easy with a 6 week old infant and a 3 year old in school). 4pm rolls around and still no one has shown up. I call AGAIN (b/c why would their customer service have the decency to call ME to inform me theyre running late?) only to be greeted by the now very rude receptionist that gives me the same excuse she gave me two hours ago - Our technicians are running two hours behind schedule so they will be there then. If not then you need to reschedule for tomorrow. RIDICULOUS. Terrible customer service + a rude staff = this review. Steer clear and save yourself the headache.

Worst experience in the world!!! DO NOT HIRE this company! Be warned all they do is Promise without doing anything. Have been waiting for 2 months after calling every single day to get work done permitting with the city. Discovered after 2 months that absolutely nothing had been filed and that nothing had been done. She (Brittnie) seems very nice but is incapable of doing anything she says she will do! Her own staff agrees that she is in-cable of sticking to her promises and that they suffer because of the owners false promises to everyone. Stay away.

I am delighted to write a very positive review for Jason.s Septic. After going through several Septic contractors, I was lucky to reach Jason, who was very professional and immediately solved my problem for a lot less than their competitors. This company operates its business based on honesty and reliability. I hope Jasons Septic continues in this business for long. I plan to continue using their service for ever.

Jasons Septic installed a tank for me in 2009. In June of 2015 they came to do a pump out and they discovered that there was a hole in the bottom of the tank. Since the tank was under warranty, they eventually (after many, many months) agreed to replace the tank. However, it has been six months and they have still not replaced the tank as of March 17, 2015. I have a long trail of emails and texts saying they were coming but in the end they seem to not have made it out. They were very nice people when they installed the tank. I dont think they end up needing to replace many tanks so I understand this is a special situation. However, warranty is warranty so they need to fulfill their obligation. I would recommend that you look at the warranty language carefully before you buy from them.

I was selling my house and the buyer found an issue, I needed help fast. Jason came out personally and inspected the tank and drain field and helped straightened out the issue. This is the second time I have used them and they have always been so helpful. I have had bad experiences with another very popular septic service and really appreciate Jasons .

We needed a septic company to come and clean our septic tank here in South Miami, after never knowing that we had one. Jason came out with his crew and was able to identify the location of tank and take care of the back up that we had inside our house. This guy was awesome and his team was very polite and corteous. We are very happy with the work that they did and will tell all our neighbors about Jason Septic. Will be using them again soon.

Had an excellent experience with this company and will recommend to anyone who needs a referral. After receiving estimates of 8k + for a new drain field from 2 other companies, Jason told me to wait til he came back with a small piece of equipment to view both sides of the tank (which btw the other estimators failed to do). After digging all we needed was a replacement piece of plastic pipe. A fairly simple repair...that was it! Total cost $625.00. Jason was professional and honest and again, he gained a loyal customer and avid referral source. Well done Jason.

I called because I had water coming up in my showers ! EEEEK !So I was given Jasons Septic number by my friend who has been using them for years. When they arrived the guys who went out were very helpful and professional. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and that I need to clean out my tank more often ( every 3 years ). I havent cleaned it in 8 years that is why it backed up.So I would like to thank the girls in the office for sending them out so quickly. I will continue to recommend Jasons Septic all the time.Thank you guys for the great experience.

DO NOT USE THEM! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GIVE MONEY UP FRONT. I have been waiting for my report and permits for over a year!!!! I had an emergency pump out and it was quick and easy so we decided to use them for reports needed for our permit to add an addition to the house. After a string of emails nothing only to realize it has never been done. I called every day for weeks after a year and we had polite conversations where I told them the need and urgency and Brittnie would assure me that I would get it that morning, or in an hour, or that she would look into it and call me back (has never called me back). Finally they stopped answering my calls and I had to use another persons phone when they quickly picked up. Then they blocked my number. I really dont think they even know how to do what they promised. This should be a no brainer if it is your business. I have never seen anything like this and while they may answer this and say God knows what I have all the emails. There is NO Reason it should take over a YEAR to get something and that it is still not being delivered. They really need to have their license taken away and I will try to make sure this doesnt happen again. They are literally holding up the construction of my home. If they cant do it they should just say so.

Highly Recommend this company.... I did have to wait for them to come out to my home but was worth the wait. I had a other septic tank companies come out to my home and all I was told was I needed to install a new system which it would have cost alot of money.... Jasons Septic came out and dug up the rear back of my tank (which no other company took the time to do) and found that my out let tee was broken and clogged. AMAZING company and worth the wait...... Do not call them worst company in the market they installed a drain field that a year later i had to replace . I have a long trail of emails and texts saying they were coming but in the end they seem to not have made it out. Do not use this company for a new septic system, we gave them a deposit 3 months ago and they did absolutely nothing. Gave us the run around for 3 months. Sadly I had trusted them, but please dont make the mistake I did.

This is a company of liars (Tina and Brittnie). They were supposed to get permits to start my job, and they did nothing but lie about their progress for 5 months. I finally found out that they did absolutely nothing. They are a total incompetent, dishonorable, nightmare of a septic company.

Our septic system backed up with nasty stuff all over the house. We called around this morning and no one was able to help us since it is Sunday morning. I spoke to a young lady and she was able to schedule a technician to come out in an 1.5 hours. He was very polite, uniformed and took care of the mess along with his assistant. We are finally able to come inside our house and continue with our every day things. Jason Septic is awesome and would recommend them to anyone with a septic system in their home or business. Do NOT hire this company, they took a 50% deposit and then did not apply for permit! Brittnie (Jasons wife)constantly made excuses, lied, and was very unprofessional, when I finally got a hold of her she assured me we would receive our deposit that day, I waited and she lied again not showing up, after months of waiting no result!

Hired Jason septic for a septic tank inspection, they were prompt to schedule an appointment and made a detailed report of the findings for a reasonable cost. I will use them again for maintenance of my septic system.

I called them to check on my septic tank last week. I made an appt for a Tues afternoon between 1-4 pm. Tues came and at about 3 pm I called back to confirm they were coming. The receptionist told me that they were running late, but that theyd come.They didnt come nor called to let me know. The next day they called me to reschedule. I was very upset that I had wasted my whole afternoon waiting for them and I told the lady they should have called to let me know they were not coming...did I get an apology???NO. She told me they were at another job and they had no time to come to my house. Apparently their time more valuable than the customers time.I was so upset i asked her if I was in the wrong and she said,well, they got tied up She asked if they could come the next day. and I asked if they were going to actually show up.She reassured me they would come this time. I decide to agree, made the appt for the afternoon the next day and they didnt show up nor call.If his is any indication of how they run their business Im thankful they didnt come.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.They are the worst.

When I called, the phone was immediately answered by a very friendly and helpful young lady named Tina who quickly promised to send help for a pump-out and new tank lid. Tommy and Darrel, the techs not only came when stated but arrived half an hour ahead of time. They quickly took care of my problem which turned out to be a clogged drain and saved me from an unnecessary pump-out. a new lid was ordered to be installed the same day.They also advised me on some over the counter treatment products. After a good first experience with this company, I am sorry to say that things have changed, and not for the better. We had firm appointments the past 3 weeks and each time they not only failed to show up in the designated time, but worse also failed to cancel or call. We need a totally new septic system and it wont be purchased through this company. A BNI member would never never treat a referral relationship and opportunity this way, which is why I will never refer this company to my valued network.

Its a shame that I did not read the overwhelmingly negative reviews prior to contracting with this company. Their customer service is horrible and untrustworthy. The job was not completed and despite their assurances that they will follow thru, theyve failed to do so. Theyve canceled numerous appointments at the very last minute and are full of excuses. By far, the worse company I ever dealt with and I will surely not recommend to anyone. Beware and steer clear!

We needed a company to clean our our business grease trap. We scheduled an appointment for between 8 and 11 am. They called the day of at 9 am to confirm. Still waiting at 3:45. No show, not answering their phones. Very unprofessional.

Horrendous experience. Late, didn’t call before coming as stated, sent a truck 3/4 loaded when they knew they were pumping two tanks, so left to go drain truck, leaving our tanks uncovered then returned 3 hours later. The absolute worst. From management on down.

Poor customer service, fraudulent, owners poor communication, they never delivered what was promised in an agreement, took FOREVER to complete work, failed to deliver any closed permits. I would stay away from this company! We had contracted them for a repair work, they took our money, didnt start work until 3 months after we paid, failed to reimburse us since work done was far less than expected. Throughout the process, i had to followup constantly, push deadlines, the owners were hard to get a hold of, they will promise you anything, yet fail to deliver. They breached the contract, by failing to give us closed permits. This has been the worst experience for us. The worst part about all this is, they think they can get away with all this.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..... The guys running the truck are very nice and friendly however the customer service by office staff and by the owner Jason is very poor. We needed Jason to look at an issue with our tank so we called and tried to set up an appt. we were then told by the staff that someone would call us back shortly with a date and time. A few days had passed and we hadnt heard back, eventually we forgot we had even called. We then needed another pump out a few months later so while asking for a pump out we set up the appt for Jason to come out the following week. Day of the appt comes and our window is 10-3pm, large window but we were able to work around it. After sitting around all day waiting we decied to call Jasons septic at 02:45pm. They say oh sorry we just heard from Jason and he isnt going to be able to make it today, GREAT!!!!!!! I only wasted my whole day waiting for someone not to show and took the day off of work.

Be aware of these thiefs. They are nice at first, but it is all part of a scam. They will tell you everything is wrong with your septic tank just to swindle you out of cash, since most people are not going to go into a septic tank and they know this. I realized this during a check and pump out of my septic tank and asked them to leave. They then pumped all the sewage back into my tank and left the lid open. This is against DERM and should lose there contracting license. I am a very respected contractor in the state of Florida and have never delt wih such a horrible business. Absolute unethical.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a contractor. Was told I needed a drainfield replacement, gave them a substantial deposit 50%. Told it would take a couple weeks for the permit. Waited, waited, waited, called, waited, called, llied to, lied to, lied to. Threatened them, still lied to, threatened again, emailed, emailed. No response after 7 months. Finally demanded my funds for the last time and it wasw returned and they had the balls to take $250. out after 7 months for doing nothing. They can pump out your crap but, Im not the only one this has happened to. BEWARE OF REPAIR!

I gave $7,250.00 deposit more than 3 months ago. Brittnie and Lori lie on me, ignore me and more bullshit. Brittnie says she filed application with DOH but I called 3 times to DOH and nothing has been filed yet.Already placed a complaint to Department of Health in Tallahassee and local DOH.Do not give any money in advance. Be careful with Brittnie, she lies a lot.Ready to file a legal demand against this company.

Both Jason and Birttany have lied to me and my wife repeatedly. We paid them for a job that was not done, they were to refund us our money and they have not done so in over 3 months at this point. they have repeatedly said that the check is in the mail; checks have never arrived. This has happened multiple times. weeks have passed between each time they have said check is in the mail. Neither Jason nor Birttany ever come to the phone, the poor person they have fielding their calls has been saying for months they are out of town. Do not trust these people with your money.

I searched a company for make my septic tank pumped and the first alert that i noted when i saw the bad reviews was the responses to this bad reviews from Jasons septic, very well redacted but, not a minimum desire to resolve the costumers complaints.

Horrible customer service, hang up on me, not polite at all. It seems you bother them when you inquire about their services.
