Two men dug up and opened the front of my septic tank. They proceeded to tell me that my tank was completely full and sewage was to the top of the tank. They said that the drain field was damaged and that to pump, pressure wash, repair the drain field and install a metal grate would cost $4,400. I told them that Id need to get another estimate as this was far more than I was expecting to have to pay. They said I would have to pay for the work already done, a $250 charge, or that the charge would be credited if I decided to work with them on the project that they recommended.I called the headquarters and spoke to two people there who became irate and belligerent when I didnt want to pay that much for their crew to dig a hole and give an estimate. They argued that I had ordered a septic pump out and this was the charge for a cancelled service call. They never mentioned that up front, so I didnt see why I should pay. However, after several aggravating calls I agreed to pay $125 for the visit.That in itself would be enough to merit a bad review, however, the next estimate I received from a different company was shocking. The new company said that my tank was not full, that the sewage was within the 6 level needed for proper functioning and that my drain field was mostly fine. Proceeded to work with the new company that charged a fraction of what A-Alligator tried to extort from me, and the work came with a one year warranty.A-Alligator is clearly trying to falsify problems with septic systems in order to scam unwitting homeowners out of cash. I recommend never using them.

A trustworthy, reliable company that I will continue to be using for my home! Not only do they have great affordable prices, but they also are genuinely good people who help and run this family-owned company. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! They responded promptly and made extensive repairs in less than a day. The price was right, the guys were pleasant, and they did superb work. That is exactly what you want when you pay for any service. Thank you, guys!

Id been having a recurring issue with my bathrooms not draining properly and backing up. I had Roto-Rooter out twice and the problem persisted.Calling A-Alligator instead, I got an actual person instead of an answering machine. The gentleman pretty much diagnosed my problem over the phone asking me specific questions regarding the work done previously. He told me what to expect from them and gave me an exact quote and a specific time they could come out.Brandon was right on time and got to work immediately. Very professional, it was amazing what he did compared to Roto-Rooters service. They provided a camera inspection of my drainage system so we were able to see the exact cause of the problem. Brandon was all over the house cleaning out my pipes from everywhere they were accessible. This is hard and dirty work but the young man remained extremely professional and friendly throughout the process and the bill was exactly as quoted so no surprises. There was even a follow-up email that included a video of the camera inspection of our drain pipe.This company is a perfect example of what we should expect when seeking out a professional.

After having backed up drains for a week and using 2 other plumbing companies, I called A Alligator and was surprised at the kindness and understanding of Maria. She scheduled me, and Ray came on time, and cleaned my septic tank to my satisfaction.A couple days after I had blockage in the bathrooms and called A Alligator again. Maria was very thorough and asked a lot of questions in order to pinpoint the problem. This time Brandon came, cleared the pipes of wet wipes and all is well.A Alligator is a family owned business with great service, kindness, professionalism, integrity and they get the job done!I have discarded all other plumbing business cards and will be using A Alligator only from now on.Thanks Maria, Brandon and Ray.

This company is a RIP OFF!!! I called to get a quote on a septic tank in my back yard for my mom and they came and charged $700 & did a b.s. job!!! They “cleaned” the tank & said it would last about a couple months before it flooded again and then two weeks later the water came back in the back yard. I Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
